When he reached the Slateport Harbor. He sees Popeye that which he traveled with him at Dewford Town is forced to deliver the submarine to Ganon, Bayonetta, and Wolf.
"Wait! You can't take the submarine to your base." Popeye said to Ganon that he cannot deliver the submarine to him. Because he thinks that Ganon will destroy the Hoenn region.
"We of Team Snake will now be assuming control of your lovely submarine." Ganon replied to Popeye forcing him to give the submarine.
"If you want that submarine. Then you have to pay for it." Popeye replied to Ganon that if he wants to take the submarine to his base. Then he has to pay for it.
"O..."
Ganon accepts the deal but it was interrupted by Link.
"I don't think so!" Link said angrily.
"What?! You!" Ganon said surprisingly when he heard Link and sees him with his eyes.
"How did you get there fast?"
Ganon asks Link in a question that how did he get to Slateport Harbor fast.
"You are going to ruin the Hoenn region if you take the submarine to your base for the inspection. Then, you'll head to Seafloor Cavern for your final plans."
Link stops Ganon from taking the submarine to his base. Then use it at the Seafloor Cavern for Ganon's final plans.
"Oh is that so."
"Yeah!"
Link knows the truth that Ganon will use the Legendary poke'mon named Naganadel for evil plans.
"You got me! I know that you are persistent and love of justice! Bwaha! Bwahahahahah!"
"Are you really sure?"
"It's a pity, so it is, but we're well past the time when you and your best efforts could turn the tide."
"Hmm..."
Ganon made fun of Link and Link tries to stop him but failed. And he is completely angry.
"We'll add a few last touches to this submarine, and we'll be all set to bust open at the Seafloor Cavern where that great poke'mon is sleeping." Ganon said to Bayonetta and Wolf that they need to add some important stuff on their submarine.
"Yes master." Bayonetta and Wolf replied to Ganon.
"Our plans is to return everything to the beginning. They're good as complete! But I know you gotta do what you gotta do, scamp. I'm not gonna tell ya to quit chasing us. Follow us all the way to our hideout in Lilycove, if that's what your honor demands." Ganon said to Link that he'll apply touches to his hideout and asks him to follow at Lilicove City if that's possible.
"Of course man." Link replied angrily to Ganon that he'll follow you at Ganon's hideout at Lilycove City.
"Bayonetta, Wolf. You know what to do." Ganon said to Bayonetta and Wolf.
"Got it!" Wolf and Bayonetta replied to Ganon.
Wolf enters the submarine while Bayonetta calls her Team Snake grunts to pursue Link and Popeye.
