Chapter 5-Who are those people?

"Hey Link, have you see a cutiefly around? I know it is somewhere around it can you search it for me?" Tails said.

"Oh hello there!" Team Snake grunt said.

"What was that?" Tail said in a scared voice.

"Oh. It's the vice principal from the Rustboro school." Team Snake said to Tails.

"Why are you really doing this?" Tails replied.

"I need your fossils right now." Team Snake grunt replied back to Tails angrily.

"No!" Tails replied back to Team Snake grunt refusing him to give the fossil angrily.

"Do it! Or my poke'mon will attack you!" Team Snake grunt replied back to Tails angrily forcing him to give the fossils.

Tails got scared and has to hide Link on his back.

"Help me! You're the one who graduated from our school." Tail said to Link.

"Why me?" Link replied to Tails questioning.

"You should know how to defeat evil. That's what Knuckles told you while you're at the school." Tails replied back to Link with an answer.

"Uh, Okay." Link replied back to Tails and steps forward to defeat the Team Snake grunt harrasing Tails.

"Oh, so you're going to defend yourself by hiding the trainers back?! Okay as you wish. Team Snake grunt said angrily.

Link fights Team Snake grunt to prevent the situation.

"Yungoos! Go!" Team Snake grunt said senting out a Yungoos.

"Go! Torchic!" Link said senting out a Torchic.

"Use Ember!" Link shouted.

"Use Tackle!" Team Snake grunt shouted back.

The attack of Yungoos failed and Yungoos damage badly because Torchic's Ember is a range attack.

"Use Ember! Again!" Link shouted with the same attack.

"Dodge it!" Team Snake grunt shouted back.

"What?!" Link said unsurprisingly.

Yungoss dodge the Ember of Torchic then command an attack.

"Now use Tackle!" Team Snake grunt shouted.

Yungoos bashed Torchic with Tackle and Torchic took damage.

"But how?!" Link said disappointed.

"Hehe! You should be able to watch out because the masters can also say that word too!" Team Snake grunt said in a laughing voice.

"Torchic! Use Scratch!" Link shouted.

"Dodge it!" Team Snake grunt shouted back.

Yungoos failed to dodge the attack of Torchic and took damage.

"Use Scratch again!" Link shouted once more.

"Yungoos! Use Tackle!" Team Snake grunt shouted back.

Torchic attacks with Scratch while Yungoos attacks with Tackle. And the damage result goes to Yungoos. So Yungoos took damage and fainted.

Link's Torchic gained experience points.

Link defeated the Team Snake grunt.

"No! This can't be happening!" Team Snake grunt said angrily to Link.

Link received $100 for winning.

"I'll be blaming you to my boss!" Team Snake grunt said angrily.

"Oh yeah! You're the villan that caused all of this trouble." Link replied angrily.

"You'll see about that!" Team Snake grunt replied back to Link angrily. Then left Petalburg woods angrily.

Tails goes to Link to thank him for rescuing him and said. "Thank you! Thank you! For rescuing me. Those Team Snake grunts wanted to peril our poke'mon. But anyway I'll head back to Rustboro City. And also take this." Tails handing over the EXP share to Link.

"What is this thing?!" Link said confused about this item.

"It's an EXP share tool. Use it in all battles so that you're poke'mon will become stronger and will never defeat in battle so anyway. See ya!" Tails replied to Link about the item. Then leaves Petalburg woods.

Link leaves Petalburg woods and fights another challenger.
