When they reach Lilycove City.
"Now we're at Liliycove City. And all you have to do is to stop Team Snake." Popeye said.
Link went out of Lilycove Harbor and goes to the poke'mon center to heal his poke'mon. Then, he heads directly to the hideout of Team Snake to stop the chaos of the Hoenn region. But, Zelda wants to fight him.
"Hey! Link! Let's battle." Zelda said challenging Link into a battle.
"Sure, why?" Link replied accepting her challenge and questioning why.
"There's a Lilycove shopping mall right over there. Do you want to buy after we battle." Zelda replied back that she wants to shop with him after she and Link battle.
"Sure."
Link accepts Zelda's request and challenges her into a battle.
"Pidgeot! Come on out!" Zelda said senting out a Pidgeot.
"Go! Luxray!" Link said senting out a Luxray.
"Luxray! Use Thunder Fang!" Link shouted.
Luxray starts attacking with Thunder Fang but, however...
"Pidgeot! Use Wing Attack!" Zelda shouted back.
Pidgeot starts strucking with large, imposing wings spread wide to Luxray and Luxray took minor damage only.
"Now use Aerial Ace!"
Pidgeot confounds the target which is Luxray with speed, then slashes at Luxray. So Luxray took minor damage only.
"Pidgeot! Use Steel Wing!"
Pidgeot starts attacking with Steel Wing but, however...
"Luxray! Use Thunder Fang!"
Luxray starts atttacking with Thunder Fang and Luxray took major damage.
"Pidgeot! Use Air Slash!"
Pidgeot attacks with a blade of air that slices even the sky to Luxray but, however...
"Luxray! Use Discharge!"
Luxray sends a powerful discharge attack to Pidgeot and Pidgeot took major damage and fainted.
Link's poke'mon gained experience points.
"Pidgeot! Return!" Zelda said to Pidgeot returning to a poke'ball.
"Swampert! Go!" Zelda said senting out a Swampert.
"Swampert! Use Mub Bomb!" Zelda shouted.
Swampert launches a hard-packed mud ball to attack Luxray and Luxray took major damage in a direct hit.
"Luxray! Use Bite!"
Luxray starts attacking with Bite but, however...
"Swampert! Use Mud Bomb again!"
Swampert attacks with the same move and Luxray took major damage again.
"Luxray! Use Scary Face!"
