Chapter 30: The Calm Before the Storm

The next morning, as they were eating breakfast, the Fantastic Four ate at separate tables. Meg was at the Ravenclaw table, Harry was at the Slytherin table, Hermione was at the Gryffindor table, and Ron was at the Hufflepuff table. Umbridge and the other teachers were at the front of the Great Hall enjoying breakfast until, they look up and see the most amazing thing about to happen during a meal.

After the performance, everyone in the Great Hall was applauding, even the teachers, everyone except Umbridge, who walked in front of the Fantastic Four and the rest of the group and said, "Your victory will run out. Soon enough." Meg glared at her adversary and mumbled under her breath, "We'll see who wins in the end." Once breakfast concluded, classes resumed as usual, however, Umbridge kept a watchful eye on Meg for the rest of the day. She even had Pansy follow her a few times just to see where she was going. However, during her off period, Meg managed to go to the Room of Requirement for some alone time to plan out her next move to run Umbridge off. To the dismay of her, Hermione followed her in. When she found her, Meg was sitting by the mirror they used to post pictures for inspiration staring at her reflection. As she pondered at it, Meg heard the voice of Voldemort call her name.
