Jealousy- Chapter 14

After Leslie had saved Carl's life a couple days ago, Hiro had been talking to Leslie a lot recently. Talking about his previous life, talking about Tadashi, etc. He makes good jokes that make Leslie laugh. Carl can't describe the feeling he has in his stomach, he always gets it when Leslie and Hiro are together. Hiro and Leslie are recently hanging out right now. Carl sits down on his bed, him and Leslie share a room. Enid, who is the new girl in Negan's community, she just came 2 days ago, and she hangs out with Carl when she is bored. Enid enters Carl's room and leans on the wall. Carl looks at her and says "What are you doing here?" Enid says "I was bored, besides, I don't see Leslie here so I decided to come." Carl says "Oh yeah, she went with Hiro. They have been hanging out a lot." Enid says "You let her do that?" Carl says "Yeah, I see no harm in letting her hang out with other kids. She doesn't get to do that often." Enid says "What is she to you?" Carl says "My girlfriend." Enid says "And if your her boyfriend, you let her hang out with other boys?" Carl says "Yeah, I know what your trying to get at. Boys are overprotective of their girlfriends. But I let her hang out with other boys, she can do that, it's not like she is going to cheat on me. I know she won't, she has had a crush on me for years." Enid says "It can seem like that, they may love you for awhile, and then they cheat on you." Carl says "Enid, I know for a fact that Leslie would never cheat on me." Enid says "Alright, whatever you say. Anyways, I found some chocolate pudding and some pairs of skates, wanna come?" Carl says "Fine, I'll hang out with you until Leslie comes back." Leslie and Hiro are sitting down in his room playing video games. Leslie says "Dude, I am going to win! How the Heck?!" Hiro is turning the controller side to side as if it will help him win. He has his tongue out, with a serious concentration face. Leslie is just with the controller in her hands, staring at the Tv, concentrating but not as much as Hiro. Leslie and Hiro both win. Leslie says "Aw come on!! It's a draw!!" Hiro says "That means we both won! We are both good at this game!" Leslie shrugs and says "I suppose so." Hiro says "So, you and Carl?" Leslie says "Yeah?" Hiro shrugs and says "Just asking. You stood up to Negan for him, you basically saved his life! He could have died." Leslie says "Yeah, I know he could have. That's why I stood up to Negan, Carl has been my crush since we were 9, and we are 15 now, 6 years." Hiro says "Dang, for real?" Leslie says "Yeah, I've liked him for awhile now." Hiro says "You never liked someone else in your life?" Leslie says "Nope." Hiro scoots closer to her and says "How about I change that?" Leslie says "You can't change it, it can't be changed." Hiro says "Yes it can, it can be changed, you just gotta pay really close attention." Leslie says "I don't wanna change, so I won't pay attention. That's my answer." Hiro shrugs and says "Alright, be like that." Leslie shrugs. Hiro says "I guess you really do love him because after threatening Negan like that, you untied him so quickly, and he kissed you right in front of everyone! He did not care!" Leslie says "When it comes to true love, you don't care who is watching." Hiro says "Even during sexual interactions?" (I know Lili would have killed me if I didn't make Hiro say that at least once.) Leslie says "Jesus hiro!!" 

With Carl and Enid. Carl keeps thinking about how Leslie is spending time with Hiro, he wants to spend time with her, I guess he will be with her later. Enid says snapping her fingers in front of Carl. "Earth to Carl. Hello?" Carl shakes his head and faces Enid. "Yeah?" Enid says "Good, you spaced out." Carl says "I am just thinking about Leslie, I care for her a lot and I can't imagine her dying, or even being this far away from each other, me and her are always together." Enid says "Sounds like you guys are really attached to one another." Carl says "We are." Enid says "Anyways, Let's eat some pudding. I overheard you saying you really love it." Carl, who is already eating the pudding says "Yeah, I really love it, One time, me and Leslie were scavenging for food, and me and her found a huge can of chocolate pudding, it was huge!" Enid laughs a little "Really? Was it THAT big?" Carl nods his head yeah. 

2 hours later, around 8, Leslie returns back to the room her and Carl share, and Carl isn't in the room. Leslie searches and she can't find him. She says "Where could he have gone?" She shrugs because she knows he is fine, but if he isn't back in the next 10 minutes she is going on a searching spree. Its been about 8 minutes, Leslie is looking out the window because she can get a clear view of the community from there. She sees A girl and a boy on skates, one with a hat on and a blue plaid sweater with long brown hair and an eyepatch. She sees a girl with long brown hair, smiling, she has a red hoodie on, and is HOLDING CARL'S HAND?! Leslie gets jealous right away, she clinches her fists tight. Carl walks into the building, and up to the room they share. Leslie is sitting by the window, staring down. Carl says "Oh hey Les! I didn't expect you to be here, I thought you were still with Hiro?" Leslie says "Just like I wasn't expecting you to hold another girl's hand, like you do to me." Carl says "Hey! Hey! Woah! I do not like her like that!" Leslie says "Then don't hold her hand." Carl says "Are you getting jealous because I held her hand?" Leslie says "Yeah! You can hang out with her, but don't hold her hand like we do..." Carl says "Mmm...I get it, it's because I'm always holding your hand, and I never do that to anyone else, I get it, understandable." Leslie says "Yeah, so...please...Don't do it again..." Carl nods his head and kisses Leslie's forehead. Leslie makes her cheeks puffy and punches Carl's arm and says "Kissy!" Carl says "I just gave you a kissy!" Leslie says "I want a real kissy!" Carl says "That was a real kissy! I had it balled up inside of me all day! I needed to unleash it!" Leslie says "on my lips! I want a kissy on my lips!" Carl says "Oh, you want a REAL kissy? You sure you don't want more than that?" Leslie giggles and Carl picks her up. Leslie puts her legs around him and Carl kisses her.
