Loki's POV:

I couldn't help but stare at Lucy. She looked stunning all dressed up, and her dress was very distracting. When she twirled for me and I saw her exposed back, I couldn't help but curse. It was like she was oblivious to her own beauty.

I watch as she drives us to whatever location we are heading to. She has a small smile on her face as she hums along to the music playing in her car. Lucy taps her fingers on the steering wheel and looks over at me.

"Are you excited?" She asks and I raise an eyebrow.

"About going out with you and your friends? I suppose it'll be interesting to see you interact with others. I've mainly seen you interact with your clients or animals, and of course, me." I reply and she laughs.

"Yeah, Anna is my best friend, and we have such a great time together." She has a happy smile on her face as she discusses her best friend. I think it's nice that she has a good connection with another human. She does seem to be pretty lonely at times, and I don't know if I suffice for every area of her life.

"Do you know how to dance?" She asks with humor in her voice and I furrow my eyebrows down in confusion.

"Why?" I inquire and she giggles.

"The place is a club. Or basically a place people dance together, drink, and things like that. So do you know how to dance?" She explains and I frown. I do not know any Midgardian dances.

"I have Asgardian dances I know, but I do not know any of your Midgard dances." I admit and a grin appears on her face.

"Oh this is going to be so much fun." She says and glances at me. "I can teach you a few moves." I wonder exactly what she means by 'moves'.

We get to this place that looks very busy and crowded. It didn't exactly look dirty, but it doesn't look clean either. We get out of the car and head to the entrance. There are two burly looking men at the front, checking people as they walk by.

"Oh shoot, you don't have an I.D. do you? Can you like manipulate the security guards? Or like do something to get past them?" She asks and I chuckle. I have to get by two men? Easiest thing to do.

I disappear from Lucy's side as she approaches the guards, and I appear inside the doors, waiting for Lucy to meet me. She comes in a minute later, looking completely shocked and amazed at my trick. Not going to lie, it is pretty nice to have someone appreciate my magic so much.

"That's amazing!" She excitedly says to me, coming up and grabbing my arm. I smile proudly and let her hold onto me, going into the club and looking around. Music pounded in my ear, people crowded the floor and seemed to be dancing with each other. Others sat down on stools and chugged drinks.

"This is a fun place?" I ask Lucy doubtfully, and she shrugs.

"Depends on who you come with." She says and winks at me. A smirk plays on my lips as she leads me over to where her friends are, and I can't help but feel slightly excited. This could be a lot of fun.

Lucy's POV:

I lead Loki to Anna as I see her sitting at one of the tables in the area. I see her silky brown hair and call out to her. She turns around and smiles at me, waving me over to her. When she notices Loki behind me, a blatantly suggestive smile comes to her face. Oh Lord. I'm for it now.

"Lucy, you didn't tell me you were bringing your new boyfriend." Anna says as we approach and I feel Loki's questioning gaze towards me and I wave my hand in front of me.

"No no, you have it wrong. He's not my boyfriend." I say defensively, looking at Loki, and the smallest frown comes to the corners of his lips.
