Zion POV
The boys and I sat in a pretty high-end restaurant waiting for this person we're meant to do the interview with. Since most of us had either just come home yesterday or today, we were still pretty beat, except for Arreaga who seemed to have been in a good mood since he returned from Dallas which is odd considering he and Charlotte just broke up 2 weeks ago. Speaking of the devil, he finally decided to look up from his phone and socialize with the rest of the table.
"Who you speaking too?' Austin teased.
"It's actually this girl I meet this morning at the airport, she's fucking hilarious. She just moved to L.A and I'm gonna be showing her all my chill spots tomorrow." All the boys were shook at the fact that B even spoke to another girl so soon after his break up.
"So when do we get to meet this lovely, funny girl." Edwin piped, always has something to say that one.
"You could come with me on Friday, I'm helping her move in and shit and we're probably catching a bite after... y'all keen?" Ed and Nick agreed, claiming they had nothing else to do but I gladly rejected and so did Austin( he's a whipped boyfriend). After the arrangements had been made, talk of Brandon's new friend died down and our interviewer finally arrived

"Ok boys, thank you so much and I sincerely apologise once again for being late." We all mumbled semi-audible replies in order to end this already.
"So your photoshoot will be on Monday, the 23rd of January. I'll have my assistant send your manager all the details. We look forward to seeing you superstars on Monday." We all chorused goodbyes once again before she made her way out of the restaurant. We were all planning on going home now and actually relaxing on this intended break but the boys excluding Brandon wanted to go somewhere. He and I ended up going home together and I decided to bring up his new friend in order to escape the deafening silence in the cab.
"So, is this girl really just a friend or a little more?" He looked up at me with a pin straight face and didn't even show signs of a wavering smile.
" I just got out of something serious with Charlotte. Do you know how hurtful it is to leave a long term relationship when you know you could've done better or been better? That shit hurts bro. I'm just gonna play around or some shit. I can't do anything serious right now. " I didn't want to agree but I knew that pain all too well. When I lost Antheia, it felt as if my world was falling apart... I've never been the same since.
"I hear that. Just take things slow, I don't want to see you hurt again. I know how rough it is trying to pick up the pieces after a good relationship but don't break this girl's heart either. Be honest about what you want." He nodded his head and let out a heavy sigh.
"We just connect you know, I don't if it's because I miss Char but this girl just seems different. I just have this feeling, I've just found myself gravitating towards her and I have no clue why."
"You just met, let time take its toll on this one. You just heal your heart."
