It all happened so quickly.

All I remember was Yvette passing out in the car, my adrenaline kicked in to high gear as I sped down the freeway to the exit and passing red lights. All I could focus on was getting my wife and son into the emergency room.

Once we got into the emergency room I parked the car and I was running to the passenger side of the car and picking up my unconscious wife bridal style and running through the sliding doors yelling for some assistance.

"I'm right here baby, I got you. I got you." I kept whispering to her unaware if she could even hear me but I needed to make sure she knew I was here and I would do everything in my nature for make sure they were both taken care of.

Once the nurses and doctors took her from my arms and guided me to a personal seating area, I looked around, I was alone right now.

I took out my phone with shaky hands and dialed my mum, as the phone rang my adrenaline began to decrease and the moment she said hello, I broke down sobbing completely as I told her about Yvette's water breaking and now I'm here in the waiting area unaware of both my wife and unborn child's future. She tried her best to calm me down and assured me that Yvette was a fighter, she and my dad were catching the fastest flight out to come.

Once we hung up and I calmed myself down, I dialed Rose, telling her was a lot more harder only because she was 3000 miles away and I knew if it wasn't me Yvette would have wanted Rose right by her side.

"We're on the next flight to you guys! Mendes keep my girl and god son safe." Rose stated before hanging up and leaving me alone in this empty room.

I paced back and forth, I was biting my nails when I realized I had blood on my shirt, I began to panic yet again.

Everything was closing in on me, the room felt tight and stuffy and hazy. My breathing was fast, my chest felt tight and my heart sounded in my ears.

I tried to count and assure myself that they are fine,
"You did everything right, Shawn." I keep muttering to my self.

I felt a hand touch my shoulder and it made me jump and turn quickly, startling the figure.

I blinked a few times to clear my vision, it was Andrew, Cez and Ziggy all standing behind me.

"Hi man. It's just us." I heard Andrew say pushing his glasses up to his face.

I let out a huge sigh of relief, as I hugged him and the other two guys hugged me as well.

"Your mum called us, to come hold you down till she comes." Ziggy said slapping my back in a brotherly way.

I just sobbed, all my fear and panicking washing over me and into my cry's.

They all just let me have my moment, much like they had in the past.

It seemed like it took forever for me to regain myself and even more longer for a nurse to come out.

"Mr.Mendes?" A nurse walked in dressed in green scrubs and a white mask towards me.

"Yes. How's my wife and my son? Is everything okay?" I spoke so quickly that I was unsure if she caught on to anything I said.

She removed her white mask, and looked at me with a small smile, "she's okay. She just passed out from a slight panic attack she was having during the whole ordeal. She is being prep for surgery, we have to give her an emergency C section. Baby is wrapped in umbilical cord and is in some distress—

I quickly started to feel lightheaded my self and Cez had to come and practically hold me up as I tried to hold my hand to my chest to make sure my heart was still beating.
