So I saw this writing prompt on tumblr that really got me thinking.

"Imagine your OC riding a bike for the first time."

Here goes nothing!

"Felix, I'm telling you this isn't going to end well."

"No, it's fine. I had I.N test the physics yesterday and it worked. Just try it, Doe."

"I am not getting on that bike, Felix. It is meant for people with two legs and I have half of the requirement. I am not going to work tomorrow, broken." Felix got onto the bike himself and folded up his left leg so he couldn't use it to show me. Except he immediately fell over onto the pavement because he didn't have enough time to catch himself.

"Okay that was not the best example. But if I walk along next to you and hold the bike, it will work." He got up from the ground and brushed himself off before bringing the bike over so it was touching my leg.

"If anything bad happens, don't tell Vernon hyung. He'll kill me."

"Oh I am so telling Vernon if you get me hurt. I want to see him kick your Australian a$$." Feeling slightly more confident, I set my crutches on the ground and sat myself on the seat of the bike. Please don't make me regret this.

"I'll hold you up so you don't fall down, just keep peddling." I pushed my self straight up a bit with my good leg before immediately started to peddle. I could feel the bike wobble beneath me, and I clenched my hands against the handle bars.

"Felix, I don't like this." My voice was shaky, but he just laughed.

"You're just fine, Doe."

"No I'm not!" I tried to figure out how to make the contraption stop, but I couldn't. I eventually just stuck my foot out to try and let it create friction against the pavement, but I leaned over a bit too far and upset the delicate physics of a bike.

I could feel Felix let go of the bike so he didn't get pulled over too as I went tumbling down onto the pavement. The bike landed on top of me and I groaned.

"Shoot, I'm sorry Doe. Are you okay?" He looked generally concerned as he helped me up off of the ground. I examined myself while brushing myself off to see if I was scraped up in any way.

"You're lucky today Lix." A soft smile faded onto his face as he sighed in relief.

"So no need to tell Vernon hyung I tried to teach you how to ride a bike?" He smiled a nervous smile and gave me a double thumbs up, causing him to drop the bike he was holding up.

"Where did you even get that bike, Lix?" He smiled and stood it up right while before dusting off the seat.

"That's unnecessary information, Doe. Unnecessary."
