"So you guys might lose your house if you're not an escort," Jane asked.

"Yeah. Owen is helping all he can and Ryan is working two jobs but it's not enough."

"Sup Morris, how's it feel being the slut of the school?"

"Get the fuck away or I'll make a necklace out of your ears," Austin said glaring at him.

The guy ran off.

"I love you," Zack said.

"I know."

*Plays theme song*

Zack and Jane walked down the hall.

"I've been forsaken. Abandoned. And a third word for alone," Zack said.

"Don't worry Zack we got your back."

"Thanks Jane but you're too nice."

A girl stared at them with disgust.

"Back the fuck away."

She ran off.

"You're a total badass."

Jane smirked.

At Slater's locker

Zack went up to him.

"Look, I know you said you wanted space but it's been a week. I'm sorry."

Slater ignored him.

"Can you at least look at me," Zack asked yelling.

Slater ignored him.

"Slater I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I was afraid you would think of me differently or never talk to me again. The only reason I'm escort is for my family."

"You think you're family wants you to do this?"

"I had no choice!"

"You keep saying that but you do have a choice! I care about you, more than anything. I love you. But we need trust and I need space!"

A guy went up to them.

"What's up slut?"

"Get away or I'll slice your throat open," Slater said.

"You wouldn't do that."

"Do I look like I'm kidding," Slater said glaring.

The guy ran away.

"Slater I'm serious. I really had no choice."

"Alright I believe you."

"No you don't."

"You're right, I don't. I just need time and space."

He started walking away.

"How long!"

He stopped and turned around.

"I don't know."

He left. Zack cried into his sleeve.

The next day in Precalculus

"Where's Zack," Ryan asked.

"I thought he was with you," Jack said.

"He didn't come home last night."

"Mr. Morris, you're not in this class, leave."

"Can you tell me when you see him?"

"Yeah kid."

Ryan left. Jack looked at Slater annoyed. Slater looked at Jack.

"What," Slater asked annoyed.

"He's only an escort so his family won't lose their house. His boss said he'll keep paying the house bills as long as Zack works for him. There was no time to find another job. Think about that while you make your decision."

Slater looked down.

"Yeah ponder that."

At Zack's work place

Zack locked up and turned around to see Slater. He took out his earbuds.

"Slater what are you doing here?"

He didn't say anything and walked up to him. He grabbed his face and kissed him. Zack kissed back. They separated.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Slater leaned in and hugged him. Zack hugged back and cried into his shoulder.
