14. Reason

Hearing the sound of helicopters, we look up to see Minseok and other agents.

They drop some machine guns towards us loaded with antidotes.

"Okay what's the plan?" I ask to see if any of then have something in mind.

"I say we get that Hyunsoo out of the ship first while the agents go back into the ship and get those people treated." Jin suggested.

"Good plan, let's execute it. Hello Minseok? Jin and I would get Hyunsoo out of that ship while you and others including Agent G19 and R47, who would lead you to the room they are in."

"Roger that!" 

With the help of a Loudspeaker option on my spy phone, I speak out the words infront of the ship.

"LEE HYUNSOO YOU ARE ORDERED TO SURRENDER, YOU ARE SURROUNDED!"

"YOU THINK YOUR HANDFUL OF STUPID SPIES WILL BE ABLE STOP ME? I'LL TAKE WHAT I WISH FOR WITH MY ARMY!"

"A DUMBASS LIKE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO, GIVE UP!"

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME? I CAN FINISH YOU SPY!"

"OH YEAH? HOW WITH YOUR "ARMY"?  YES WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO WITHOUT THEM?"

I knew this idiot was a big enough idiot to actually fall for my trick. Getting under his skin is easy, I could tell that by our first encounter. His body language was enough to give it away.

"YOU DID NOT JUST SAY THAT, YOU THINK I CAN'T DO IT? I'LL FINISH YOU ON MY OWN THEN! I'LL BE GLAD TO!"

Bingo.

Hearing sounds of the engine of Jetski, I looked in the direction of the sound.

"Jin that's our que let's go." I smirked and went off with him.

We leaded him away from the ship.

"Who's the one running now! Huh?!" I hear him shout behind me.

Once we were pretty far from the ship, I and Jin turned around and went towards him, he stopped abruptly and looked at us with a confused yet shocked expression.

We were going right at him so his look doesn't surprise me. Jin and I nod at each other.

We knew what we were going to do.

It's time

Jin throws a rope at Hyunsoo followed by a net with his watch, immediately he started panicking and moving. I went a little close to Hyunsoo after he is tightly held by the robotic rope. Applying the Oxygen chapstick on his lips, I let Jin over.

Jin next, pulls him away so he stumbles out of the jetski. While Jin went further from Hyunsoo's jetski with Hyunsoo himself, I too went a little farther and blasted that jetski with the sonic ring to destroy his only mode of transport, incase he does break free.

"Well you'll be happy in the prison!" Jin laughed.

Flying back to Seoul on the spy jet, I get a call.

Its him.

"Hello?"

"Hi...Its Jungkook!"

"Yes I know, what's up?" I ask as I handle the jet. I swear if there was something called Jet Police, I would be needed to pay a fine right now.

"Uh.....I just wanted to check up on you...You seemed off at the airport."

"Airport? No? Why?"

"Uh I don't know...you weren't replying when I came to pick you up. What was wrong? You just kept on saying 'Yeah' and when I offered to drop you off, you just sat in an uber and went. Even Jin Hyung didn't reply....did I do something?"

Shit. I may as well murder Minseok.

"Uh no no....Jin and I just had a fight! We were a little upset with each other and tend to snap at small things when such things happen...so I resorted to not talking much. I'm sorry if you felt hurt. I didn't mean to make you feel bad."

"Oh....are you okay now?"

"Yeah, I'm back to normal." I forced a laugh.

"Good to know....would you like to go out some time?"

"Yes sure...when?"

"Uh...Sunday?"

"That's day after tomorrow."

"Yes, is it a bad thing?" He asked nervously.

"No no....what are we gonna do?"

"Its a surprise..." he squeaked, almost shyly.

"Oh...I'm not good with surprises but okay" I chuckled.

"So I'll pick you up?"

"You could."

"Great! I'll look forward to it!" I could practically feel him burst with joy.

"Same....so bye?"

"Yeah I'll let you rest now, bye!"

"Jungkook?" I heard Jin ask.

"Yeah. He wants to go out and Minseok needs to make some changes in that gadget he gave us at the airport."

"I'll give him the message." Jin winked as we landed the jet properly.

Switching off the engine, we stepped out.

"You're going to the boss?" Jin asked.

"Yeah, I'll give him the progress and the success of this emergency mission. God knows where was he when it was needed." I roll my eyes.

"He is still new to this, don't go too hard on him."

"This is his duty Jin."

"Yes I know I know, don't heat up. Relax okay?"

"Fine..." I mumble before heading off to his office.

After hearing a "Come in", I entered the room. I stood straight with my Hands behind my back.

"Aah Lyra, how was the emergency mission?"

"Successful Sir!"

"And how is the current mission going on?" He asks while standing up and turning his back towards me with his arms crossed.

"Good sir, we are making progress!"

"Good to hear, I may send further instructions later, for now...you may leave."

"Yes sir!"

I met up with Jin at home.

"Guess whaaaaat!" Jin asks in a sing song voice.

"You finally asked Aria on a date?"

"Wait- how did you know?"

"I can tell by the way your face lights up, cheeks get rosy, eyes sparkle, show your little smile all the time and act fluffy." I said calmly while concentrating on my book.

"The way you just described me was creepy as hell." I could feel him staring at me with his eyebrow raised.

"My bread Genie, I'm a spy for a reason" I winked at him before we burst into laughter.
