Chapter 5~Ohana

When I got home I passed out on my bed. I was so tired and beat up that I couldn't even get up to use the bathroom. The next day I woke up at 7:30 am to get ready for training. I ate a light breakfast and got into my father's car.

When I arrived I heard more shouting so I looked to see Nightmare and Bloodrose fighting each other and this time Bloodrose was fighting back. Bloodrose was able to dodge every single punch and Nightmare's rage was getting worse to the point where she brought out her crossbow and started shooting her arrows until Bloodrose brought out her scythe (if you don't know what that is it's like the weapon the grim reaper has).

Weapons were now brought into this and it was terrifying. It gave me anxiety every time I saw a weapon almost hit one of them. It's not like they weren't fighting out in the open it was more like a big dome where there was a lot of room. But what surprised me the most was that both of them were already on the verge to pass out when.

Nightmare jumped and aimed at Bloodrose but Bloodrose didn't move at all. She just looked at Nightmare right in her eyes as the arrow went flying towards her. Nightmare fell to the ground in pain and everything went into slow motion as I saw the arrow flying towards Bloodrose but with a little bit of strength she kicked the arrow and it flew back towards nightmare. Nightmare couldn't roll over or move so she was waiting for the arrow to hit her until.....Bloodrose got in front of the arrow and it pierced through her arm. Everyone was shocked including Nightmare.

Killswitch and Royal entered into the dome and tried to get the arrow out of Ashley but they couldn't so Royal took her to the clinic to get it checked. While Killswitch went over to Nightmare. Nothing like getting shot with an arrow to start your day.

As everyone cleared out it was time to go back to normal but I didn't know where to go because I start my classes with Bloodrose but she's in the infirmary. So I decided to go visit her but I didn't know where the infirmary is. As I looked around I don't know who to ask. Everyone is glaring at me so I continued to wander around until I bumped into Ivan and he looked rather stressed and tired so I asked if he was alright.

"Hm oh I'm fine it's just that fight added more stress to me now I have to deal with a wounded agent and I don't know where agent Nightmare is," he says with a sigh.

He looked spaced out so I asked.

"do you know where the infirmary is I want to visit bloodrose?"

He pauses for a second " Ah yes follow me"

He leads me to the infirmary which is a long hallway with pictures of the staff but one picture caught my eye it was Bloodrose and Nightmare sitting on the steps laughing and royal and killswitch were there with them. It looked so peaceful..We arrived and Bloodrose was on one of the beds reading a book. She looked up and smiled I thanked Ivan and I walked towards her bed.

"are you okay?" I asked her concerned

"Well I feel okay I guess it still hurts though"

I paused for a second wondering if I should ask my question after a minute of thinking I asked

"why did you jump in front of the arrow"

She went quiet and starting fidgeting with the blanket but I could see she knew the answer but she didn't want to say it after a couple of minutes she answered.

"she's my best friend even if we are fighting I would never want her to get hurt," she told me

I was thinking about that picture when

"have you ever heard the saying ohana," Bloodrose asked me

"yea ohana means family, family means no one gets left behind or forgotten," I said

"Jasmine is my family.." she says with a smile.

I didn't know how to answer but what I can say is friendship matters no matter what.
