Chapter 39~And you are?

   Everything was a blur the lights, the blood, the screaming it felt like a nightmare....literally. One bullet..it all took one bullet for everything to change. Ace immediately fell with Ivan as they both were shot and the cleaning lady fell to the floor but got up and started running. I couldn't even hear the bullet but the only thing I could hear was my screaming,
people started rushing to their rooms to hide or call the police.

   I turn to see a person with a black hoodie pointing a gun from Ace and Ivan to me. I couldn't move..I couldn't do anything..I tried to wake myself up..I tried to at least talk but nothing was working. I didn't know what to do so I tried to remember the lessons I was taught but I only focus on the gun but the person's hand started shaking and the person was about to take off but then another bullet was fired then I turned and there was Killswitch pointing the gun at the person then she started walking towards me and says.

"Good thing they made sober pills imagine if I hadn't shot the person" she laughs.

I shiver and walked up to the person but before I could pull off the hoodie the paramedics arrived and I didn't want to leave Ivan or Ace but I couldn't leave empty-handed so I pulled back the hoodie to see a lady and I could tell she was having a hard time to breathe but I didn't care and immediately ran to Ivan and Ace. Killswitch was talking to one of the paramedics.

"Are you family?" said the guy.

"well no but" she grabs me "but this is his niece".

I waved and he smiled.

"Well, miss right now your uncle and his brother I presume are being taken to the hospital".

Before he could finish talking one of his coworkers called him and I looked at Killswitch who was shaking her head.

"What a mess," she says.

Bloodrose came out and asked what was going Killswitch looked at me and I told her what happened.

"Oh my god..." she said quietly.

"We need to go now," I said.

They both nodded and went to get the others who were still sleeping meanwhile I watch as they put the lady on a gurney and wheeled her away until she was out of sight, I walk back into the room to find Killswitch trying to wake up Royal but that must've been a good kick to the face because she couldn't wake up. Then we started to hear sirens so we had to leave fast and without a word, Killswitch picked up Royal and Nightmare and ran, while I grabbed the stuff I could carry and ran as well, the last thing we needed was to be questioned by the cops.

We got into the van and drove off to the hospital I was worried..what if they are seriously hurt or they die...I felt my anxiety kick in and started panicking.

"it's gonna be all right," Bloodrose said as she pulled me into a hug.

"Ivan is strong and so is Ace," she said while patting me on the head.

We made it to the hospital but they were already in surgery so we waited for hours and hours until a doctor came out and she was still wearing her scrubs and called for us but then she stopped and looked at Bloodrose and Killswitch.

"Ashley...Alina.." said the doctor with a surprised look.

I looked at Bloodrose and Killswitch and they looked confused but they were trying to figure who that was. I looked at the doctor she had short black curly hair, black skin, dark brown eyes, one tattoo of a moon on her right arm, maybe 19 years old?. Possibly training to be a surgeon? The doctor sighed and said.

"it's me, Elvina," the doctor said annoyed.

I looked back at them and their eyes widened and immediately Bloodrose ran up to Elvina and hugged her and Killswitch just walked up to her. They started talking and catching up while I stood there not knowing what to do and that's when Elvina looked at me and said.

"Is that your daughter? You had kids and didn't tell me wow I see how it is".

They laughed and Killswitch explained the situation and Elvina nodded.

"where are her parents?" she asked.

They didn't say anything but looked at me.

"It doesn't matter," said Bloodrose "they're gone and now they can't abuse her anymore," she said while clenching her first.

"Well um to update on Ivan flor and Ace Sanchez the surgery was a success but they'll need to recover of course so their gonna be here for a while"

"Can we see them?" I asked.

She nodded

"Of course follow me"

We followed her to the room where Ivan was but he hasn't woke up yet so he was sleeping soundly in his bed. I turned to ask Killswitch something but when I turned I heard them fighting.

"Why are you still doing that job don't you know that's dangerous!!" Elvina yelled.

"Look we don't need you to give us a lecture," said Killswitch.

"Guys calm down we just saw each other again we shouldn't start arguing," said Bloodrose

They sighed and nodded.

"Alina go check on Jas and Nadia," said Bloodrose

"Hmph," said Killswitch but she did it anyway.

I sighed is this my life now..
