Chapter 56~shes gone..

I didn't like talking about what happened but I know I can't keep it in longer. So I started talking.

A few years ago:

"why don't you understand!!" Lila said.

"Because I don't understand what you are trying to say!" I said back annoyed.

"I'm trying to tell you we should move to L. A .." she says quietly.

"But I have a job here Lila ..."I said quietly.

"But that job isn't safe beside you can find a new one," she says while crossing her arms.

" You know I can't do that," I said.

"Why? Just because you didn't graduate college! You can work at a restaurant or something" she says thinking.

"But I don't want to leave my friends either..." I said quietly.

She looked at me and sighed.

"Don't you love me?" She says.

I didn't say anything but I nodded. She looks at me and shakes her head.

"I need a break," she says as she leaves.

I put my face into my hand I also needed a break. I go to the door.

"Lila wait!" but she was already gone.

I sighed and went back inside. She needs to understand I don't want to leave and I'm not ready...and we've been dating for two years...I sighed as I went and pour a shot of tequila.

Two days later:

I still haven't heard from her I guess she's still mad. I sighed I even tried and calling her but she didn't answer even texts. I slammed my fist against the wall which made everyone come into my room.

"Your gonna break the wall!!!" said Jasmine annoyed.

"What's going on?" asked Ash worriedly.

"Maybe she's on her period?" says, Nadia.

We all turned and looked at her she shrugged.

"It's nothing I'm just frustrated," I said annoyed.

"Why?" asked Jasmine.

"Lila wants to move to L.A but I don't want to go with her.. " I said quietly.

They looked at each other.

"Well she has to understand if you don't want to then you don't want to," said Jasmine.

"Long distance relationship doesn't last long though," said Nadia.

"I don't know she hasn't been answering me at all!!" I said frustrated

"Give her some time she just needs to calm down," Ash says gently.

"Okay I'll wait," I said quietly.

They nodded and left leaving me with my thoughts.

Three days later:

I was on the couch when I heard my phone pinged. I opened it to see it was a message from Lila.

"Hey can you meet me at the cafe"

I answered.

"Sure"

I made up my mind I decided to move away with her. I got into my car and drove to the cafe. I didn't realize it was dark outside. I made it to the cafe to see Lila sitting there I braced myself as I got out the car. When I saw her she looked different her silky black hair was more messy, Her light brown eyes faded to a dark brown. Maybe it was because of how dark it was.

"So what did you want to talk about," I said nervously.

She didn't say anything but grasped her cup.

"Well, I've been thinking" I started to say.

"I cheated on you and I want to break up with you," she says quietly.

I stopped mid-sentence wondering if I heard her right.

"What?" I said quietly.

"I cheated on you and I want to break up with you," she says again quietly.

I didn't say anything I felt pissed..and hurt...the anger boiled inside of me I felt like I could snap but I tried not to. I looked at her but she didn't look at me. I got up and left she didn't even try to stop me I got into my car and drove away then I looked up in the mirror to see another girl hugging Lila. I gripped the steering wheel as tears of anger flowed down my face. I made it home and slammed the door as I entered.

"Ay! Don't slam the door" yelled Jasmine.

I stomped my way to my room shoving Nadia in the process.

"Hey!!!" She said angrily.

I made it to my room and slammed the door. I tried not to cry I hated crying more then anything. I put my earbuds in my ear and played music as I fell asleep.

The next morning:

I looked like a mess well more than usual. I sighed and went downstairs to make breakfast since I'm the one the usually does that. The others came down and sat down.

"Are you okay?" asked Nadia.

I didn't answer. I put the food down in front of them and they looked at me.

"Lila cheated on me then broke up with me," I said while chewing.

They dropped their forks and looked at me.

"I'm sorry dude," Ash says with sympathy.

"You'll find someone better," Jas says.

"Mm," I said as I got up and went back to my room.

I heard the front door open and they left. I fell back asleep.

An hour later:

"DAMNIT" I heard jas yelled.

I woke up wondering what was going on.

"SHE FUCKING LEFT" yelled Jas

"WE DIDNT GET TO BEAT HER UP" yelled Nadia.

" why..." I heard Ash say.

Lila left...I sighed it doesn't matter anymore.
