"Finally, she said it I thought she would take forever," I said while shaking my head which I got a glare from Ash.

We all sat there waiting for a response from Veronica but she sat there and stared at her feet..maybe we shouldn't have asked..

~~Nightmares POV~~
Well crap..maybe we shouldn't have asked and besides, we just met her a few months ago...I don't know I wish she would respond.

"Veronica?" I said repeatedly.

..No response..

~~Royals POV~~
I wanted to eat my food but I didn't know we were doing this now? I thought we agreed to ask her on her birthday when she turns sixteen. I waved my hand in front of her but no reaction.

"Well this was a bad idea," I said loudly gaining a bad look from everyone.

~~Bloodrose POV~~
Veronica wasn't responding I guess we should've waited but since we received that letter from the government we had no other choice it was either abandoned Veronica or adopt her. I mean Ivan could adopt her...wait no he can't his background isn't really clean...ugh this was complicated..

~~Veronica POV~~
I didn't know what to say I never felt wanted even up to now I thought I was a burden to everyone..I looked at them to see all of them staring at me with concern since I was crying and I didn't notice. Then I felt all of them hug me..it felt warm.

"So what do you say," said Bloodrose quietly.

I looked at them for a moment.

"Does this mean I have to call all of you mom?" I said with a smirk.

They laughed then they thought about it.

"Nah call us by our names but if you want you can call us mom," said Royal with a smile.

We all laughed then Bloodrose spoke.

"Also we realized that you don't go to school".

I shook my head.

"my so-called parents would homeschool me so never experienced the school life" I shrugged.

"well we're thinking of sending you to school since you are only fifteen," said Nightmare.

"Wait what about work?" I said almost choking on my drink.

"Well you'll help us after school, not much stuff goes on in the mornings anyway," said Killswitch.

I was nervous I read about school life in many books and they make it sound bad and scary...I started biting on my thumb which I do when I'm nervous.

"Hey you'll be fine," says Bloodrose.

"Nothing to worry about," said Killswitch.

Nightmare smacked them both in the head.

"Ow, the hell Jas!!," said Killswitch.

"Why am I always getting hit!!!" said Bloodrose rubbing her head.

"Guys don't lie school sucked," said Nightmare tiredly.

"well that's not making it better" said Royal.

Nightmare gave her a look and royal just shrugged.

"We're gonna need to fill a lot of paperwork," said Bloodrose.

"And explain where her "parents" are" said Nightmare.

"then get her documents," said Killswitch.

"then get more food," said Royal.

They gave her a look.

"What?" Royal said calmly.

"Wait," said Nightmare.

She looks at me.

"what about your dad?" said Nightmare.

I completely forgot about him...

"I don't know," I said with a shrug.

They sighed.

"Let's go see Ivan," said Killswitch.

We nodded and left.

As we were going back to the hospital my phone pinged.

I smiled at that and sent him a text back. I felt someone staring at me so I looked up to see Bloodrose she gave me a smirk and I rolled my eyes. We continue walking until Killswitch stopped.

"What's wrong?" asked Royal.

Killswitch stood there and thought for a moment. Then she kept walking. We were confused until we saw why. We saw a girl walking with another girl down the sidewalk but I didn't understand why Killswitch was looking at them.

"She's her ex," said Bloodrose quietly.

"She cheated on her," said Nightmare angrily.

"but she ran before we could beat her up..." said Royal.

I looked at them and they were mad and so was I. If you don't want to be with someone then break up you don't need to cheat..I sighed.

"Well are-" I started to say.

I turned to see them gone and they were charging at her.

"Oh no," I said.

I ran over to them but I got there too late they were beating her up good. The other girl was screaming for help. Then Bloodrose turned to me.

"SHUT HER UP PLEASE!!".

I nodded and I went over to her then I punched her and knocked her out.

"GET OFF ME!!!" said the girl.

"THIS IS WHAT YOU GET!" yelled nightmare angrily.

Then we heard police sirens and Bloodrose looked at me.

"RUN AND GO GET ALINA" she yelled.

I nodded and ran.
