Ivan was struggling to stand up so we helped them back to his bed. He continued to cry as I hugged him. I sighed.

"It's weird to see a grown man cry," said a voice.

We all looked up to see auntie standing in the doorway. Killswitch rolls her eyes and gave her a death glare.

"What's going on?" auntie says while ignoring Killswitch.

"Alex is alive.." Ivan said quietly.

"Who?" She says giving him a confusing look.

"Alex.." Ivan says while wiping his tears.

"Ay Hermano-" before she could finish her sentence.

"enough I don't want to hear anything from you now leave," Ivan says angrily.

"But-".

Nightmare and Killswitch stood in front of her and gave her a look that said get out of here before we make you. She left while cursing under her breath Killswitch laughed while Nightmare shook her head.

Ivan decides he needed to rest since he went through a lot. We left the room and decide to go eat something. As we were walking it was silent we didn't know what to say. I sighed and that's when Royal caught up with us.

"Hey what's up," she said while breathing for air.

"Where were you? asked Bloodrose.

"Had to bury something" she said with a shrug.

They all gave her a look then realized what she meant and then Bloodrose promptly slapped her on the back of the head.

"Ow I was just kidding," Royal said while holding her head.

"Stupid," said Killswitch.

We walked out of the hospital and the security guard that was there before was gone so I looked at Royal and she winked at me...and I laughed and they all laughed as well.

We made it to a random restaurant and eat but they were all watching me which made me uncomfortable. After a while I finally got tired of it and asked what was wrong. They looked at each other and finally, they all looked at Bloodrose who was peacefully drinking her smoothie but then she turned to look at all of them.

"What?" She says curiously "why are all of you looking at me like that?".

Then Killswitch nudged her and Bloodrose gave her a blank stare. Then she got it.

"ohhhhhhh" then she pauses "wait why me?".

Nightmare put her face in her hands as royal groaned.

"Your the voice of reason," said Killswitch.

"I mean-" before she could finish her sentence Killswitch smacked her in the back of the head.

"Ow quit doing that!" Bloodrose said angrily.

"Just tell her," said Killswitch.

"Alright alright," she says while rubbing the back of her head.

She looks at me and sighs. I felt this was gonna be bad.

"Veronica..we were wondering...since " before she could finish the sentence I interrupted her.

"Let me guess you guys want me to live somewhere else right?" I said sadly.

"Wait what no!!" said Bloodrose.

"Then what?" I say curiously.

Bloodrose fidgeted in her seat then quietly said.

"We want to officially adopt you.."
