Chapter 19 - Princess Lizzy

*Lizzy's POV*

"Where's Corona?" I shouted at my guards.
"Young lady, umalis na po si young master kanina." sagot nila.
"Ano? Bakit di niyo sinabi sakin?" sigaw ko ulit.

Bakit hinayaan nilang mawala siya sa paningin ko? Sinabi ko na kasi kanina na they keep an eye of him! He musn't go somewhere else. Corona is mine. Kami ang meant to be ever since!

Ibinato ko sa mga guards ko yung upuan sa harap ko sa sobrang inis ko.

Nandito na kami ngayon sa isang room nang hotel na pinagdausan nang party ni Cory.

"Ma'am kumalma po kayo. Mahahanap po natin si Sir Corona." sabi nung isang guard.
"Paano mo naman nasiguro? Kanina nga dumikit siya dun kay Rika eh wala man lang kayong ginawa! Sinabi ko nang bantayan niyo yun para di makalapit!" sigaw ko.
"Pasensya na po ma'am. Di po kami pinapayagang makalapit sa kaniya nung mga guards ni Sir Corona." paliwanag nila.
"Shut up! I don't need your stupid explanations. Just say you didn't do your job! Napakadali naman nang pinapagawa ko. Just stay close to her so she won't be with my Corona! What the hell is so difficult in doing that!" I exclaimed.

Oh my gosh. I can't believe they can't do an easy thing!

"Lizzy, what's going on?" tanong ni Dad.

"Dad!"

I hugged Dad and told him what happened at the party. He just came and wasn't able to participate in the Grand Ball.

"Please leave us for now." Dad instructed the bodyguards and they followed.

As soon Dad sat and was able to relax for a bit, I chatted with him.

"Dad, Mr. Vista was looking for you. He was thankful that I came and wished to see you and Mom." I told him.

"Ah yeah. I was so sorry for not being able to join you there. The flight was delayed due to the weather there."

"I see. How about Mom? She should've been here. I thought she wanted to see and check on Corona."

"One of her friends, Angie, got hospitalized and she was worried sick about her. She can't phone you right now so I guess you may talk to her later."

"Oh. Poor Tita Angie. Hope she'll get well soon."

"Yeah. I hope so. Oh by the way, how were you my little princess?" Dad asked and pat my head.

"Dad, I'm a big girl now. I'm a lady now." I pouted.

"Okay. As you say so, my princess. So how was it?" he repeated.

"I and Cory get along with the guests. They welcomed and entertained us well. They praised us that we look perfect together and that they can't wait for us to be the most powerful couple when we grow up." I cheerfully told him.

We are meant to be for each other. Nothing and no one can separate us.

"Really? That's really nice to hear. I think that you two look good together too. Soon I'll have you two get engaged."

I was surprised of what Dad said and that made me happy. Pero I thought of that cheap girl who's bugging Cory.

"Can you make it happen now, Dad?"

Those words astonished him. I don't care. I just want to marry him. I don't believe that Cory's married already. I know he's just lying! He's just testing my love for him. He's making me jealous.

"What has gotten to you, Lizzy? Why in a rush?"

"Nothing Dad. I just want Cory mine. Anyway, we are a good couple, right Dad? Why not merge our businesses so both our companies will benefit this early? I mean, isn't it the earlier, the better?" I mouthed my argument to convince him.
