Y/N. An avenger. What an honour. You were friends with everyone, having your own little 'squads' which each of the members. One of them being with Wanda and Pietro. Another being with Steve and Nat, and the last main one being with Steve and Bucky, of course. Bucky was the first to welcome you with open arms, which everyone thought was odd since Bucky never did that for anyone. Everyone thought Bucky had an interest on you, but of course, you were oblivious to that thought.

"Morning, Y/N!" Steve called out. "Morning guys" you said to the Avengers with a tired voice. You sat down next to Bucky and you swore you saw him smile a bit. You rested your head on his shoulder and yawned, "I'm tired, Buck" you said. He just chuckled. "You like him. And he likes you" Wanda's voice appeared in your head as she stared at you from across the table. "Get out!" you said in your mind and she stopped. You removed your head from Bucky's shoulder to take a sip from your coffee. "Hello, guys" Pietro said. He sat next to you and wrapped an arm around your shoulder. You leaned in a rested your head on his shoulder instead. You swore you saw Bucky tense up. Bucky got up and walked back to his room.

"What was that about?" you said aloud. "He likes you, duh," Pietro said, "And I'm helping you, cause you like him, too." "I wanna help!" Wanda chimed in. "You can't tell me you don't like him, Y/N" said Steve. "I do! But there's no way he likes me! You guys are just extra." you said. "I've read his mind many times, Y/N. Trust me, he likes you." Wanda said. "Okay, how do I do it?" you said, finally giving in.

They advised me on what to do, and, I have to say, it's not the worst plan in the world. "Now go!" Pietro and Wanda shooed me off and I just laughed. I searched for Bucky around the tower, finally finding him in the training room, viciously punching the punching bag, knocking it off it's chains onto the floor. (yk like steve rogers did? hope you guys understood that reference.) "Bucky?" you called out. You know he heard you, yet he rolled his eyes and walked away. "Bucky, wait!" you followed him. "What, Y/N?" you heard the annoyance in his voice. "What's wrong?" you said, reaching to grab his hand but he instantly pulled away. "Oh, don't worry about me. Go ask your boyfriend, Pietro." he said sarcastically. You cursed them for even starting that plan in the first place, it was a horrible idea. "Buck, he's not my boyfriend, and will never be," you tried to reassure him. "I like someone else.." you tried hinting that you liked the person right in front of you. "Go talk to them , then." he said and rolled his eyes, walking away. You sighed, knowing it would be pointless to try and go after him.

"He's completley oblivious to the fact that I like him!" you ranted to Pietro and Wanda whilst Steve talked to Bucky somewhere else. "Well, so were you.." Pietro stated and you gave him the death stare. "Not helping" Wanda said, taking the words right out of my mouth. "What do I do?" I said, pouting. "You can start by stopping that," Pietro started, "Then, you can let him calm down a bit, then do what we told you!" Pietro finished, acting like it was no big deal. "Flirting isn't really gonna help right now." you said, pointing out the obvious. "Be the bigger person, ask him on a date!" Wanda exclaimed. You laughed hysterically as they both just stared at me. "Wait, you're serious?!" you said. "I think it's a great idea, Y/N" Steve said from the doorway. I nodded, hoping this will go as well as they make it seem. "It's gonna be fine, Y/N, but don't kill us if it goes wrong." Wanda said, reading my mind.

Bucky's P.O.V

"You're sure she doesn't like Pietro?" Bucky said, quite unsure. "100%. Just go talk to her!" Steve said. Reluctantly, Bucky nodded, knowing damn well if Steve was wrong he'd kill him. "Good luck, punk" Steve said, getting up and walking to the door. "Jerk." I said before he laughed and walked away. Not going to lie, I watched his ass as he walked away. I'd definitely fall for him if I were a girl.

Y/N's P.O.V

You slowly approached Bucky who was sitting on the couch. "Hey.." you said quietly, not wanting to startle him. "Y/N!," he said excitedly, "Hey, I'm so sorry about how I was acting earlier.. that was.. rude." he said. "Oh, no worries! I actually wanted to tell you something.. well, ask." you said. Your heart was beating out of your chest, you were sure he heard it. "I've got something to ask you too, actually!" he said, even more excited. "Wanna go first?" I asked. "Let's say it at the same time" he said, smiling. That smile will be the death of me. "Sure" I said.
"Okay. 1.. 2.. 3.." he counted.
"Will you go on a date with me?" We both said.
I blushed, covering my face whilst Bucky sat there, shocked. "You.. you like me??" he said, genuinely confused. You nodded, still covering you flustered cheeks. He pulled your hands down. "Don't cover your face, darling. You're beautiful." he said and smiled. Then, the moment you both have been waiting for finally happened. You kissed. "And, that, my friends, is the start of the most beautiful relationship in the Avengers Tower!" Pietro said whilst he, Steve, Natasha, and Wanda clapped. He is it for me, you thought.
