two years later,
your love life was sad, ever since you and loki called it quits. you couldn't settle for any other guy. no other guy was loki. you missed him so much. you two were perfect for each other, besides the fact that you wanted two seperate things.

you could've made it work, though. maybe you could live life without a child of your own. you thought about that everyday since you guys broke up. as long as i was with loki, i was happy.

even if i didn't have a child to make me happy.

you constantly called thor to check up on loki. you didn't have the guts to personally call him, though.

you didn't know this, but loki's been secretly calling nat to check up on you as well. you didn't know until you overheard her talking to him on the phone.

he still cared about you, even two years later when you had nothing to do with each other. the connection was still there.

"loki, uhm, hi.."

it was awkward for the first couple of minutes. you both stuttered as you were catching up on one another's lives.

"listen, i know it may be too late, but i.. i think we can make this work. we can have kids, if you want.. actually, i was thinking, maybe they wouldn't be so bad.. a mini y/n." loki said.

"it's a girl!" the nurse said happily. you and your fiancé, peter, cried as you happily held your newborn baby in your hands.

thor laughed. "of course, my love. we shall begin planning our wedding, as well as preparing for the arrival of our new angel." he said, rubbing his hand over your belly.

"i now pronounce you, husband and wife. you may kiss the bride!"

7 months later,
"here she is!" the nurse said, carefully handing thor your newborn.

54 years later,
"grandma, grandpa, may we go outside and play?"

"of course you can, darlings."
