Evan.Hansen
It's because I love your poetry. They've been my friend for a while, and it's like they make me believe that I'm not the only one whose head feels foreign in their own body. That I'm not alone in feeling like this mess that I am.
I just don't want to see others going through what I have to fight every day. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone.Evan waits a minute for a reply, then two. The stranger doesn't respond. Oh God, what if he had taken too long to answer? He had been rewriting the same message over and over (with a slightly different placement of words each time) for only an hour. Only.
What if his poet committed suicide and had no one to stop him this time? What if Evan was too late to prove that he cared?
He began to panic. Evan's hands began to get sweaty, and his right leg started to bounce, and his throat became dry, and the permanent feeling of his stomach dropping continued to torture him, and he couldn't stop his arms from shaking so, so hard, and—
Bzz. Bzz.
Thank God. Although his poet was shown to be perfectly alive, Evan's body and brain didn't cease the torture. It always took time to calm himself down.

No
Haha
Like haha not because it's funny but haha because it's sad.Evan groaned out loud in embarrassment. He sounded utterly pathetic right now, and the more he tried to dig himself out of his hole of shame, the deeper he got stuck.
c.murphreak
that's so fucking sad lmao
i don't have friends either
wait
Evan waited a minute or so, staring at the dimmed screen of his phone. It wasn't long before a story message popped up on screen. Above it, "Mentioned you in a story."
He tapped on the story. It was black with bolded white letters in the middle.
"follow @Evan.Hansen"
Evan's eyes widened. No one's every shouted him out before. What was he supposed to do? Give c.murphreak a shout out back?
Letting out a quiet uhhh, Evan hastily liked their story message, made a copy of their story, and replaced his username with c.murphreak's. He tapped "Your Story" to post it.
Above Evan's new story message, "Mentioned c.murphreak in your story" appeared.
c.murphreak
