I hate fanfiction but I also love it. I Hove it, or do I Late it? I have no idea. O_o
Yes we are talking about...fanfiction today. I'm only going to talk about the Wattpad ones today, not really anything from Asian fanfics or Tumblr. Although those places have a lot fanfics, we do too. Wattpad is like Fanficlandia.
That's the new name for Wattpad, don't question it! All hail Fanficlandia, where teenage girls write crappy stories of them making out with Harry Styles!
Ok I got off track, anyways, fanfiction. I think what surprises me the most about kpop fanfiction on here is most of them are imagines and one shots, which personally are one of least favorite kinds of fanfiction, but hey, I can see how people can like them.
The next biggest type are gay love stories. Hey you know they say, if my bias can't marry me he better marry the guy I ship him with, am I right?! ;)
I honestly think these are some of the best ones, because there's a better plot and I concept usually to it. Unlike imagines which are usually only a few pages, these can become very long. The ones I mostly see on here are ones with SJ, Exo, or with Big Bang, mainly GTop. And then Exo and SJ you can have tons of pairings I mean you can have many pairings with only just half of these bands.
I do have a problem with some of them though. The main thing I don't like is I don't see much development in them in the beginning chapter, or there's to much development in the first chapters. I just don't like how in the 1st chapter they hate each other, then in the 3rd chapter they are dating. Or the author starts them out with a 10 year friendship, and doesn't explain much how they developed feelings for each other into much detail. Have K-Dramas taught you no patience?!
Although this happens...a lot, I can ignore it if it's a good story for the rest of the way. Just wish it wouldn't happen so often.
Probably the least popular are the ones with a girl and then the people the fanfic is about. Don't see these often. And I'm not really going to talk about them cause I haven't read enough of them to form an opinion about it.
I love fanfics on here...but I also hate them cause they always have certain issues I really don't like...but hey you may find them the most perfect piece of literature you've read in your entire life.
