" Oh ma Gahd Oppa is perfect!!!!!! He's sooo hot and talented and smart and so kind and ugh! My ovaries die because he is so perfect!"

Well he may be talented and a good person but I wouldn't go as far to call him perf-

" OMG I JUST FIGURED IT OUT. OPPA IS GOD. OPPA IS JESUS IN A HOTTER SEXIER FORM!"

Wait, what? This is going to far and-

" BACK OFF HATER! LET ME WORSHIP MY RELIGION! GOSH ATHEISTS THESE DAYS!"

Actually I'm a Christian-

" THEN WHY DON'T YOU WORSHIP PRESENT DAY JESUS?! FAKE CHRISTIAN!"

On a scale of 1-10 how bad is it I've had this conversation. Maybe a bit exaggerated, sure, but the basic idea still the same.

I'd give it a solid 8 and 1/2.

You know these people. And not just Sasaengs normal fans too. The people who call Oppa and Unnie perfect and flawless because they happen to be hot talented Asian people. You people do realize that on camera, they need to act funny and cute and sexy and flawless and smart ( well some of them) and adorable and perfect! But do you think they are like that all the time? Happy and full of energy? As a K-Pop Idol, you are spending your day in a van full of people you see everyday, and going from event to event. They never get in a bad mood? Never tired, never get sick of the people they see everyday? And for the ladies, who wants to be in car all day going to 10 different places, when its that time of the month? A lot of us become a bipolar emotional mess. And you think they are still being smily and happy?

They are human just like us. They make mistakes, they get angry, sad, bipolar, whatever. Everyone has bad personality traits, whether it's on or off camera. Being a good looking Korean who can sing and dance does not excuse that.

Now, I am a dedicated Christian, but I don't care what you do or don't believe in. Hell, believe in the trees. A rock, I don't care. But one thing I can't stand is when people believe that some human is a god because he/she is talented and/or good looking. Or if someone is famous.

I'm talented at playing trumpet, must mean I'm a god. Also not bad looking, just average, but not bad-looking. So I must be God. But wait, there's also a hot guy who's good at singing, so he must also be God. So as long as you have looks and talent, you are God! So at least have the earth is filled with gods!

And then you realize how stupid that sounds.

Talent, looks, and fame don't equal perfection. You still have flaws. You still aren't perfect. Nobody is.

What really bugs me though is Korean Media is shoving it in your face. If you ever watch a Korean show or interview, you have a good chance of the host calling them gods and goddesses. I wouldn't mind so much if it happened once in awhile, but it happens so often and I am annoyed. Yeah, I get it! They are hot Asians with a flawless face and body, stop making me feel like I'll end up alone and ugly! ( sobs). Ok jk :p.

Really though, please just stop. They aren't perfect, they are human like us and make mistakes. I'm not saying they are horrible people, I actually think a lot of them are good people. It's just you shouldn't worship them because they happen to be pretty and Asian. Everyone is beautiful in their own way, but also ugly in their own way. Just remember that when you think someone could possibly be perfect. You don't know anyone %100.
