White/Dark Skin

In America, it's considered attractive to have tanned skin. It sort of resembles you go out a lot, you are healthy, etc. Well I don't have that. I'm pasty white. The fairest of them of all. Every time I go to a new doctor, they take blood tests to see if I have Anemia, because I am so pale. No, I just can't tan. I'm whiter than Snow White.

So when I saw how Korea and a lot of Asian countries in general love fair skin, that felt really good. That people now actually compliment my skin instead of taking blood tests. I'm not being made fun of and bullied for having fair skin. People actually like it.

Then I see the comments on dark skin, and that good feeling went away instantly.

It's exactly the kind of comments I get. Hyorin, Kai, N, and so many others go through the same thing, but for having dark skin. All of these people are very good looking, fit, and nice people. But that's overlooked because of their skin color. And what can you do to fix that? Whitener? Photoshop? Those don't work, the only way is to fully accept yourself and how you look. You can't do that when people describe something about you as an imperfection. Maybe it is, but you need to rock that imperfection. Show the world you don't give a fuck what they think.

Not everything about you is beautiful. But instead of focusing on the negative, accept your flaws and amplify your good qualities. I like my body and face just fine even though I'm not a supermodel. I have bad acne, pale skin, and have been told I'm ugly before by guys and girls. Do I give a fuck? No! Why should I focus on negative attention? Why should I focus on anything negative when I know I'm just going become depressed while sitting in the dark while looking at Xiumin's abs and watching Attack On Titan for the hundredth time?

That's always a valid option, because both are amazing things, but I'd rather not be depressed.

Dark skin, light skin, why does it matter? We shouldn't judge people on the skin they have. You all know about the Black Lives Matter fiasco going on right now, correct? Well while I do understand their intentions I'd like to politely disagree. Because it's not just black lives that matter, all lives matter, no matter your race and skin color.

If you have fair skin, be thankful for fair skin. If you have dark skin, be thankful for dark skin. Both are amazing and beautiful. So don't oppress a certain skin color, be accepting of yourself and others.

So Kai, N, Hyorin, and all the other dark skinned idols, your skin color is absolutely gorgeous. Hyorin is one of the most talented singers and beautiful. Kai, you are basically a sex bomb and an amazing dancer. And N, you sexy motherfucker, continue to not put up with other people's bullshit.

If anyone comments on your skin color or anybody's else's, tell them to fuck themselves right in the asshole. They hate us cause they ain't us.

P.S: Before I go, all of you check out Planet Shiver, an amazing artist, and check out his song Rainbow, it kind of ties into the message that we are all different but that's not bad. It's also a fucking amazing song. And put sub titles on. It just makes it better. It's called Rainbow and is by Planet Shiver ft. Crush. It's amazing. Ok I'll go now.
