Hey guys, I want to tell you some interesting news and my opinion about it and what I think it will do for Kpop.

As you may know, Nickelodeon is going to be making a show called "The Drop" and it's going to be a drama TV show I guess like Zoey101, crashes with Glee but Kpop smushed into it as well. What do I think about it?

Ehhhhhhh, kind of hoping it flops.... I will watch it to see what it's like, and if it's decent, ok, good job Nick Cannon.

But I feel like if this show gets popular there will be fake K Pop fans, thinking " OMG Yeah, Gangnam Style and Crayon Pop, I love K Pop and know everything about it. Saranghae! It's the only Korean word I know, but I totally know what it means unlike those fake bitches."

Ummm....no thank you. Look, once you set a trend, everyone follows that trend. And I can't stand Band Wagoners who mindlessly follow everything that's popular and act like they know more than the real fans. I don't want this to happen to K-Pop.

Also what would be even worse is if Nickelodeon portrays KPop in the wrong way, and then it gets popular. I don't know how much Nick Cannon knows about K-Pop. Honestly, I think they should do a lot more research before they start this show, my suggestions are EYK and tumblr. That is where you can find the most information about it. If they don't do research though, that would be very bad.

KPop isn't just music. It's singing, dancing, rapping, acting, and fashion. It takes a lot more work than being an artist in America. I've seen some auditions, and I'm already worried for this show. They are all singing American songs while a lot of them aren't dancing or rapping. I'm sorry, but a generic pop song on the radio won't prove to much of your vocal skills except for certain songs.

But then I also don't want it to flop because if it does it's just going to make k-pop look like a joke in Americas eyes. I already get sh!t from my school for liking Korean and Japanese things. And I've met a few other people on the Internet in my position, This isn't going to make our life better if it flops, because knowing Nickelodeon, they are going to make K-Pop look immature. I think we all remember that wreck of a show called Degrassi.

So this show is a bad omen both ways. If it gets popular, there's going to be fake fans. If it flops, it's going to make K-Pop look like a joke, and make it look immature. Aish.

Tell me what you think about it in the comments, do you think it will do well or flop? And what does this mean for kpop? Later guys.
