Artemis was in her room at hers and her moms apartment. It was about 10:30 p.m. when she heard a knock at the apartment door. She had just been reading in her bed so she put her book down and walked to it quickly, not wanting her mom to wake up.

She opened the door but saw no one.

"Hello?" She asked.

She heard some muffled noises coming from lower than where she was looking. When she looked down at the ground the sight caught her by surprise. It was a baby!?

"Who's Baby are you?!" Artemis kneeled down to look at the little, sleeping, child when she saw a small note attached to her carrier.

Dear Artemis,

This is Lian, my daughter. I needed some time to work and get some money since I haven't been able to do that for a while.
Thanks for watching her for me! I really appreciate it. She's pretty well behaved and has no allergies, so don't worry about that. I bet your wondering who the father is huh? Well if you have to know it's that handsome archer that was your "uncles" sidekick. Roy.
Thanks again! Have fun! I'll pick her up sometime tomorrow or the next day. We'll see when I can swing by.

"Really Jade?! You dump her on me? I have no clue what to do with a baby?" She was talking to herself as she gently lifted the carrier the baby was in.

She walked back into her room and sat on the bed, placing Lian beside her. She was still sleeping soundly, but who knows when she'll wake up.

She didn't come with a baby bottle or any food. Why didn't Jade think of these things!

Artemis has to get some help somewhere. Her mom was asleep and she didn't want to worry her with a baby. Megan, Conner, and Aqualad probably have no idea how to deal a with a human baby. She knew that Wally had little nieces and nephews, not that she listens to him talk about his personal life or anything!

She knew that he was probably the only person who could help her out. She grabbed her coat, purse, and shoes reluctantly. She carried the baby out the door and took a zeta tube to Central City. She found Wally's house and knocked on the door. She knew he was going to be up at this time probably playing video games or eating something.

She was right! He answered the door holding a bag of chips and an Xbox controller.

"Hey Harpy! What are you doing here it's like 11:00 p.m.!" He said when he opened the door.

"Oh shut it Baywatch. My sister left her baby at my front door and just told me to look after her until she came to get her. You're the only one I know who might know how to handle this." She answered him coolly, as she held up the carrier holding Lian.
