A/N: Here you go @ArtemisLianCrock-B07
I'm gonna be honest with you all. I don't really like abuse stories. They make me really sad and I have never really enjoyed them so sorry to any of you who have written or like reading them. I really wanted to write your suggestion though because I don't really get suggestions, so here it is! It's not going to really have hmArtemis getting abused but it'll be more of Wally figuring out why she always has bruises and marks and how he decides to help her out. If you want anything more than that then you'll have to look somewhere less sorry. Anyways here it and I hope you enjoy what I've written for you all!☺️

P.S. Just to make it easier for everyone, if you're leaving comments to a certain one of us (RedSpazz or me) I will now go by just Lena or LenaLoo. I'll also use either of these names when I sign a comment or of my stories from here on.

Enjoy!

Wally's POV

She always wears long sleeves now and even altered her suit to not show any skin. Of course I noticed! I've liked her ever since I met her, but she didn't like me then and now she has a boyfriend. She doesn't really talk about him and she seems quieter ever since they've started going out. They've been together for two months, five days, 13 hours, and fifty-two minutes.

Wow I need something better to do than to keep tabs on one of my best friends.

Even though we used to hate each other, we became really close friends after the whole training incident when I-we thought  she died. I realized then that I had deeper feelings for her than just a team member. She means everything to me now and I feel like there's something wrong with her. I need to ask her.

We've all been at the cave all day. Training, studying, relaxing. It's usually what we do on weekends when we don't have missions. Artemis has been in her room almost the whole weekend though and it's like noon on Sunday. I decided to walk to her room and confront her about her weird behaviour.

"Artemis? Can I talk to you?" I gently knocked on her door, careful not to sneak up and startle her.

"Yeah sure Wally. Come on in!" She said. It sounded happy. As happy as she could sound. I knew she wasn't though. She's actually a pretty good actress. I mean she hid the fact that her whole family is either a villain or ex-villain for like, months!

I opened the door and as I walked in I closed it behind me again.

She was snuggled up in her blankets with a large great turtleneck on. She also had a matching pair of grey sweatpants on. She was reading some book called Winter By Marissa Meyer (just a cheeky little shout out to my FAVOURITE book series in the entire world! I 100% recommend if you like books). She started the series only about two weeks ago and she is now on the fourth book!

"Artemis are you okay? You've been acting kind of weird the last couple months." I sat down on the edge of her bed. She suddenly stiffened up and got got kind of nervous. She put her book mark in and plopped the book down beside her. Then she looked me dead in the eye and unconsciously pulled her sleeves down a little bit.

"I'm fine Wally. I don't really want to talk about." Then suddenly looked down at her lap like it was the most interesting thing in the room.

"You know you can talk to me, right? I've noticed you modified your suit, but I just don't see why you'd do that? You loved feeling the cool air on your arms and stomach as you raced through the streets at bad guys? Are you hiding something?" I slowly moved my hand and gently grabbed her wrist when she pulled it out of my light grip like she was terrified of me. Her breathing picked up and her head shot up to look at me. As all of this happened she tried to scurry to the other side of the bed ended up falling off with a thud.
