Jimin's POV

As I woke up, I looked next to me on my bed.

I used to see her there.

Laying right next to me.

How I wish time could've stopped right there and then.

It's just not the same without her here.

Life is so dull now.

I wonder if she's still alive?

If she's out there smiling like she always did.

I stood up and got dressed to go outside.

As I stepped outside, sunlight hit my eyes.

So bright..

Has it always been this bright?

I haven't been outside for so long..

I began to walk.

The world is so different now.

5 years..

Has it really been that long.?

I went to the café that Y/N always went to.

I sat down at the same spot I first met Y/N.

There isn't a single day that does by that she isn't on my mind.

What type of torture is this?

I didn't realize how important she was to me until the day she left me.

How do I make this pain go away?

I drank my coffee and began to scroll on my phone.

I heard the café door open and close.

Probably just a customer.

The person walked over to where I was sitting and sat down across from me.

I put my phone down and looked at them.

"Yo. Long time no see, Jimin," Jiho said with a smile.

"Shin Jiho? It's really you?" I asked quietly.

"It's been a while, but yeah, it's really me."

"I see.." I stared at Jiho.

He didn't look like he's changed at all.

He's still the same, huh.

"Anyways. I have good news."

I put my phone away and looked at him.

"A few days ago when I was out on a mission, I saw Y/N."

As soon as he said that, my eyes lit up immediately.

"Where?!" I shouted.

"In the forest. She was fighting someone I didn't know. Although her looks didn't change at all, I couldn't help but think I was looking at someone completely different. The look on her face was so fierce and scary.."

She's back..?

"Actually, last night, Flara contacted me and told me she had seen Y/N too," Jiho added.

"Apparently, Flara had a chance to talk with Y/N. They even spent a good 30 minutes together before Y/N ran off again," Jiho sighed.

Without realizing it, I had started to cry tears of joy.
