Rachel's POV

That Kiran... Always full of surprises, isn't he?

I kicked rocks as I walked back to my castle right after Kiran suddenly just ran away.

"It's too soon to be talking about marriage..." I muttered.

I entered my castle and walked towards my room, grabbing a book from the library on the way.

Walking into my room, I jumped onto my bed and opened up my book.

"Come in!" I shouted, not paying any attention to them.

"Good afternoon, Lady Rachel," an unfamiliar voice said, closing the door behind them as they walked in.

I looked up from my book and was met with a handsome stranger who looked to be about my age.

"Who are you?" I bluntly asked.

"Your future husband."

"Get out," I said, disgusted with his choice of words.

"Let me rephrase that, I am the prince of the water kingdom, Liam Kyraton at your service," he smiled and bowed.

"If my father wants me to marry you, tell him I have no interest," I said, going back to my book.

He grabbed it and slammed it shut as he came towards me, pinning me down on the bed, a smirk appearing on his face.

"G-Get off of me!" I shouted, struggling under him.

"Your father does not want you to marry me. He's forcing you to."

"You're disgusting! Get away from me!" I screamed.

"No one can hear you. I've soundproofed your room after I told your father I would be talking with you," he smiled.

"H-How..?" I asked, losing hope for a second that someone would help me.

"You don't need to know that."

"You're crazy! Stay away from me!" I shouted out, but no matter what, no one would hear me.

Help me..!

I closed my eyes.

A loud crashing noise was heard, and I no longer felt vulnerable.

I opened my eyes and saw him lying on the floor, knocking over some furniture.

I looked across the room and into a mirror.

My eyes were glowing dark blue and purple.

What..?

"You... There's no way..."

He was having trouble speaking as he stared at me in awe and fright.

His expression quickly switched from fright to amusement.

"I always heard there was a new Spatial Demon born somewhere. I didn't think I would be marrying her. Talk about good luck!" He smirked and came closer, his eyes glowing blue.
