Artemis's POV

"Sir Artemis. They've arrived."

"It's about time they did. I've gotten tired of waiting for Aileen to come here herself. After all, it's been hundreds of years since she came to visit me," I replied.

"Should we go greet them?"

"No. We will wait until they come to greet us themselves, but I assume Seojun has already gone?" I asked.

"Yes. I told him to wait for your orders, but he refused to listen to me. That boy only listens to you, Sir."

Crossing my leg over the other, I leaned back in my throne, smirking.

"Let him do what he wants. Prepare the castle, clean it, and prepare food in the dining hall. Y/N and Aileen will be here soon. We want to leave a good impression," I chuckled.

"As you wish, Sir Artemis."

Y/N's POV

"I see, you've already arrived. Kim Y/N."

Turning around, a smile appeared on my face.

"Were you waiting for me?" I asked.

"Perhaps. Now that you've seen this city, get out immediately," Seojun demanded.

"You're no fun. I at least want to stay a couple of nights in the city I'll be taking over soon," I snickered.

I pulled out my sword, enhanced it, and pointed it at him as he took out his two swords, dual-wielding them.

My spirits stood in front of me, protecting me.

"Everyone, get out of here!" he shouted at the people around us.

They all ran out, leaving us alone.

"This is your last chance. I don't want to hurt you, but I will if you are a threat to Lord Artemis," he said.

"You are as naive as your younger brother," I spat.

"Don't you dare say shit about Jimin," he mumbled.

Laughing quietly to myself, I looked back up at him with glowing black eyes.

"I'll say whatever the hell I want about him. It's not like you care though, right? You abandoned him years ago," I said.

Gripping his swords tight, he ran towards me, thrusting his right arm towards me, narrowly missing my stomach.

I dodged and sliced his arm, causing it to bleed.

He swung at me again, missing once more, allowing me a chance to duck and hit his feet.

He fell to the floor, not being able to move.

I kicked him to make him fall completely.

"I expected more from a servant of Artemis," I sighed.

I kneeled down and stared at him with disappointment.

He tried to get back up, but I pushed him back down with the guard of my sword.

"Could it be... You're holding back?" I asked, making him flinch.

"Bingo. Now, why are you holding back on me? Is it because I have a relationship with Park Jimin? Is it because I'm a girl? Do you assume I'm weak?" I asked.

He didn't answer.

"I'll spare you this time, but I won't be so merciful just because you're Park Jimin's brother."

I turned and walked away from him.

Looking up, I spotted a large castle in the distance that all the houses led to.

"You guys, go back. I'll handle this," I told my spirits.

They nodded and disappeared into the bracelets.

I began running towards the castle. I didn't have my wings anymore, and the castle wasn't too far away from where I was.

People stared at me as I ran, but it wasn't like I cared. To be honest, I kind of liked the attention I was getting.

Finally, after 5 minutes of running, I reached the castle.

It looked old, and vines were growing all over it. That just shows how long this structure has been here.

I stood in front of the large doors.

There stood two guards, standing so perfectly still, I almost mistook them for statues until one called out to me.

"Hey, you! What are you doing here? Do you have a reason to be here?" he cautiously asked.

"Yes, I actually do have a reason to be here," I paused then smirked.

"I'm here to take the throne from your precious King Artemis," I said.

That caused them to raise their spears at me, pointing it directly at me. One of them took a step forward, prepared to throw it at me, but a voice stopped them.

"Big sister. You've arrived. I've been waiting for you," he chuckled.

I looked at where the voice was coming from.

The bushes.

A slim figure emerged from the darkness into the light.

Zen.

"If it isn't the shapeshifter," I snickered.

"Sister, why would you say that to me? It's me, Kim Yoosung. Your younger and adorable brother," he giggled.

"Shut up already, Zen."

"Aye, you got me."

His form turned from Yoosung, back to the shapeshifter, Zen.

His long silver hair glistened in the sun as he took a step towards me, smiling.

"Shall we go meet Lord Artemis?" he asked, holding his arm out towards me.

I brushed past him and walked into the castle as the guards took a few steps back, letting us in.

"I'll take that as a yes," he mumbled.

"Nice to see you, Y/N," someone said next to me, making me slightly jump.

"Kaneshiro Akira. Who knew you'd be here," I sarcastically said.

"Definitely not me. Artemis just called his lil bro in to help with a few things," he casually replied.

"Now, I have one more person to the list of people I need to kill," I chuckled.

"You have a list? Nice, can I see?"

"It's nice to see you two acting all buddy-buddy, but we're enemies here. Don't be so friendly to enemies," Zen told Akira.

"You know what they say. Keep your friends close, but your enemies even closer," I said.

"Where's Nari and Mari? Weren't they just here?" Akira asked.

"Don't worry. The whole group is waiting in the dining hall. There's a special occasion today," Zen explained.

"Aileen, the queen of Artelle, has finally come back."
