"You're home early." Mommy stated as soon as I got home. "No MDC appointments?"

I was still too sad and anxious because of what I heard and saw. Tita Cleo told me Mommy already planned a one employee week at the resort but she didn't invite me. Usually, she does. But then I really need to go so I can't ignore her and act jealous for all the change that's happening  in my world. I had always been the queen of the world. Ako ang nagpapagalaw, hindi ako ang ginagalaw. Pero ngayon, nawala lahat. Just like that I'm back at square one.

"Tita Cleo said you already planned a one employee week vacation." I stated.

Natigilan si Mommy at agad na napatingin sa akin mula sa mga binabasang guide kung paano gumawa ng dessert. She looks apologetic and guilty. Agad siyang tumayo mula sa kinauupuan at agad na lumapit sa akin.

"Oh, sweetie, are you upset? I just thought maybe you wouldn't want to be there. You've been with me all the time that I thought you're getting bored..."

Exactly. I've been with you all one employee week vacation yet you're not letting me come now. What changed?

"It's okay, Mommy, I'm going."

Tumango agad siya at ngumiti. Her face still has an evidence of worry when she held my cheeks and kissed my forehead. That made all my worries disappear but I can't tellher that. I'm still Venice Euphrosyne Calliego, the strong and powerful Queen. I'm not going soft.

"Okay. The vacation is two weeks from now. I will communicate with your school officials to give you a week. Just like before, okay?"

Just like before.

"Okay." I smiled. "I'm heading upstairs."

I pointed up and went to the staircase when Mommy talked once again. I faced her when she caught my attention.

"Oh and by the way, Zeus? Great kid. Where did you find him again?"

"Sa carinderia, Mommy." I said, alert because of the sudden mention of my crush's name.

"He's nice and polite. D-do you happen to know his father?"

I got curious because of her stutter but I inmediately shook my head mentally when I saw Mommy smiling.

"No, Mommy. I just know that he has a sibling." I smiled when I remember him holding my iPhone like an expert. I cleared my throat and bit my lip when I suddenly realized that I'm infront of Mommy.

"Okay..." She said, looking at me with her beautiful blue-green eyes.

Tumango na ako at dumiretso sa itaas. I sighed immediately when I removed my clothes, leaving my underwear. Sinuot ko agad ang night gown ko. It's six pm and I'm already too tired. Agad kong nilabas ang painting materials ko bago pumunta sa kwarto kung nasaan ang mga paintings at nagsimulang magpaint. This is just a pastime and I'm not really good at it but it helps me convey my emotions. Atleast if I can't say all the things in my head, I can paint it. Daddy really is the best dad in the world for letting me try different kinds of arts. Hindi man ako marunong sumayaw dahil kinuha na ang talent na iyon ni Mommy, atleast I still have my fair share of talent.

I was stopped halfway when someone opened the door to the painting room. Tumingin ako kaagad doon at nahagip ang pares ng mata ng kapatid. Even if his face looks like he just woke up, he looks irritated because of his furrowed excellent brows. I rolled my eyes and touched mine. I have brows but not as perfect as his. I love thick ones, I can't believe I inherited Mom's feminine eyebrows.

"Hey, sis." He greeted me with his boyish grin.

"What? Hindi ka na suplado?" I rolled my eyes.

He smirked at me before dragging a mono block chair and sitting on it in a very boyish way. He looks happy and anooying at the same time.
