I was walking towards my next class mumbling my lines as I try to memorize them. I wonder how Liam's doing. In realization of what I just thought of, I shook my head vigorously.

"He doesn't need to have space in my mind." I said to myself.

"Boo!" Dean startling me from behind. I yelp from his action. "What are you mumbling about?" He chuckles at my reaction.

"How I can kill you without being caught." I retort with a glare.

"Haha, funny." He pats my head. "How about coming to the big game on Friday night instead?"

"Can't, I've already predicted the loss of the team because of you." I told him.

"That's harsh." He acted hurt and pouted his lips. "You're so mean." He says mimicking a kids' voice.

"Shut up." I push him away.

"But seriously, why?" He jogs towards me, catching up in my pace.

"Theater practice." I answered.

"How about just come to the after-party." He says. I halted on my feet and furrowed my eyes at him confused. "Damon is throwing an after-party at his house."

"He's that confident that the team will win?" Now raising a brow at him. "Never mind answering that." He just nodded.

We are walking to Hanna's locker as she told Dean to meet her there, because she forgot to bring her binder.

As we approach Hanna who was intensely focused at the heated conversation in the middle of the hallway, courtesy of Lucas and Maxine. She was throwing a huge fit at Lucas who seems unbothered by her.

"What's happeni-"

Hanna cutting my words as she held a palm up to my face without even looking at me. "Hush! Just watch."

She's such a gossip.

"I know you've been cheating on me! Fuck, but with a freshman! Are you kidding me, Lucas? She can't even offer you half of what I can do. Have your standard really gone that low?" Maxine was screaming at Lucas; she clearly wants everyone to know about what was happening.

"Can we just drop it, Maxine." Lucas said bored.

"Drop it? Drop the fact that you've been fucking that whore behind my back!" She was definitely not going to drop the conversation that easy. "What is wrong with you? I am Maxine. Nobody dares to dump me." She kept pushing Dean at a locker repeatedly.

"You are starting to annoy me. Stop it while I'm still asking nicely." Lucas sweetly said while smiling. He actually looks a bit scary when he's holding his temper, especially while smiling.

"This will go down hard." Dean says clapping his hands excitedly.

"Fuck you Lucas!" She tries to push him but he caught her arm.

"You've forgotten that you already did and so does that sugar daddy of yours." He really did do her good with that statement. Her face fell into a gape and everyone started to create murmurs from the sudden revelation. She looks at the crowd anxiously. "I told you to drop it." He releases her hand.

"You!" She yells at Lucas. "I'm MAXINE!"

"Stop it, you'll ruin my eardrums." He covers his ears. He then starts to walk away but stops midway and turns to look at her again. "Trash." He smirks and continues his stride, whistling some song.

"Lucas!" Maxine frustratingly stomps her foot.

"Poor her, she should have just stopped when she had the chance." Dean comments as the other students disperse from the scene.
