I've been avoiding everyone. I don't know what I have to feel and believe. Everything that Liam said messed with my mind and I know it should not. I wanted to get it off of my head, so I decided to come to the shop and help out.
"Hey, ugly!" Clark poking my side.
"What are you doing here? It's not the weekend." I glare at him as I review the release form I had in my arms.
"Yeah, It could be Justin Bieber." He laugh at his lame joke. I roll my eyes at him and went to check the car engine. "Did you get it? The joke. Both dudes dated Selena Gomez."
"It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard." I commented as I draw a check on the paper and sighed it. Clark still lingers next to me, I don't know if he was just trying to annoy me because I'll give to me it's working. "What?" I ask him.
"Nothing." He shook his head.
"Then get lost. Go somewhere else, to a party or something." I said pushing him away.
"I actually don't have anywhere else to hang." He shrug his shoulder and sat on the hood of the car. I pulled his arm to get him off of it. "Sorry, habit."
"That habit is not good for business." I commented.
"Why are you so grumpy? Did you had a fight with your boyfriend?" He was trying to make fun of me about it. He must be the only one who didn't know about Liam and I's breakup.
"I don't have a boyfriend." I told him.
"What?" He seemed shocked. "You were bragging about him the last time at the diner and now your saying its over."
"Just shut up. I don't want to talk about it." I snap at him.
He raised his brow at my sudden outburst. "That's why you were drinking at that party." I furrowed my brows at him. Was he at the party the other day? "Remember the time you went Naked for a Beer Pong game."
"That." I muttered.
"So, care to share? What went down?" He ask.
"You're so nosy." I told him and ignored his cries for my attention just when Liam came by to the shop unexpectedly.
"Costumer." Clark pointed at Liam's car. Liam exits his car and carefully walk towards me.
"What do you want?" I ask with my voice unwelcoming.
"I hope we could talk." Liam licking his lower lip anxiously.
"Is he the ex boyfriend?" Clark whispered to me. I only answered him with a glare. "Okay." He step aside and let Liam and I have our privacy.
"I think we've already said everything that had to be said. I just need you to leave me alone." I told him and turn away but he caught my hand.
"Please, I need you to listen to me." He said with a pleading voice. I jerk my hand away.
"I've heard enough. I think staying away from each other is better. You should leave before dad sees you." I warned him. His expression afraid.
"Ellie." He spoke my words but it scorned me more if only he knew. I didn't say anything else so he decided to just leave.
"Woah, that was mean." Clark said as we both look at Liam driving away.
"He cheated that's why we broke up." I said glancing at Clark before going to the backyard and get some fresh air. He followed me and sat down next to me.
"Have you tried to talk to him and here him out?" I look at him annoyed for siding with Liam in this one.
"Are you trying to defend him?" I ask irritated.
