Monday morning, oh god how I always hated the mornings.

I groaned shutting off the alarm and turning towards the sleeping Reina. "Come on. I'll take the hallway shower."

She glared at me before nodding, and taking her time to get up. Exiting my room I let out a surprised squeal when I tripped over not something but someone, "Holy shit!"

Thankfully I didn't land on my face, "What the fu- Luke?"

I didn't say anything else, I just went into the bathroom locking the door this time. I couldn't deal with this right now, it's mine and Reina's first day back.

Getting out of the shower quickly, I walked back into my room and shook my head tiredly at Luke who was sitting on my bed.

Why won't he just leave?

Going into the closet, I smiled at Reina who was searching through my clothes. We decided against matching, because we used to do that a lot.

Quickly getting dressed, I slipped on my pair of black jeans with slits at the knees before grabbing a burgundy sweater crop top and slipping it on.

I slipped on my ankle heeled boots before looking at myself in the mirror as I brushed through my wet hair.

My stomach was sort of showing but I was okay with that now since my scars on my stomach had healed and I wasn't ashamed of them.

Reina chose a pair of light wash high waisted shorts with a light pink loose top. She paired it with a pair of my floral toms.

We both left our hair to dry naturally, before we walked out to see Luke was still sitting there.

Reina and I shared a look before walking out of the room. Luke grabbed my forearm when I was halfway out the door and "accidentally" I turned around and punched him in the gut.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to do that." Well of course I did but oh well, I'd never tell him that.

"Just let me explain, please Val?" I shook my head, letting out a huff. "I don't care Luke. If it's one thing I learned then it's blood runs thicker than water and even if Reina isn't blood she hasn't lied to my face."

He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Val I-"

I stopped him, not wanting to hear it. "Look I'm going to be late."

And with that I met Reina downstairs who was waiting with two apples in her hand.

"Apples Reina?" I questioned raising an eyebrow at her.

It took her a moment but she caught on eventually. "Oh my god! No!"

Don't worry it's an inside joke.

Grabbing my keys, Reina and I got into my car not bothering to make sure that Luke officially left.

Reaching the school, I parked where I normally would and people began to turn their heads in our direction.

Taking a deep breath, Reina and I got out  and literally I swear guys were catching flies.

Linking our arms together, we began walking to the office. "We're here for our schedules."

They lady at the office looked up and smiled. "Names?"

I returned the smile, "Valerie Costalona and Reina Montgomery."

Rummaging through the papers she smiled when she found them. "Here you go and welcome back Val."

I smiled at her, "It's good to be back Mel."
