6:00 am - Nine Hours Until the Wedding

I was in the kitchen cooking breakfast when a pair of arms snaked around my waist. I instantly knew it wasn't Elijah.

"Hey baby girl." Reina attempted to deepen her voice but failed miserably which caused me to erupt into a fit of laughter.

She pouted backing away to lean on the island counter, "I tried. You got to admit though, my Elijah impression is totally getting better."

I rolled my eyes at her, turning my attention back towards the stove.

"What time does everyone get in?" I asked as I continued to make cheesy omelettes.

Reina hummed as if she was thinking about it. "I think maybe around ten? I'm not sure."

I nodded and handed her a plate which she gladly took from me and began eating. I turned back to the stove and continued to cook myself breakfast.

It was to early for the guys to be awake right now so they'd be out until at least 11. Yeah, they sleep a lot if you ask me.

"Are you ready for today?" I asked turning to look at Reina who then set down her fork.

She shrugged, staring down at her plate. "She's my cousin, I don't want to do this to her but I mean we don't have a choice."

I sighed, quickly finishing the omelette before putting it on a plate and taking a seat across from my best friend.

"I think I convinced her though. I really hope I did." We sat in silence, both our thoughts most likely running wild.

"We have a plan at least." She added in and I forced a smile onto my face as I nodded in agreement.

Yeah, we had a plan but what if everything went wrong?

9:00 am - Six Hours Until the Wedding

I was waiting for my doctor to return with my reports on how I was doing as well as the baby.

There was a slight bump forming but it was still pretty small and unnoticeable.

Finally, the door to my room opened and in walked Mrs. Sullivan, my doctor. She smiled warmly at me before pulling up a chair next to the bed.

"Ms. Costalona, am I correct?" I nodded and she hummed looking through the flip chart. "Well you're healthy and so are the babies. You're about eight weeks pregnant and everything seems to be doing well."

I let out a sigh of relief, before my eyes widened.

Wait, did she say babies?!

As in more than one?!

Noticing my surprise, she looked at the chart once more. "You did know you were having twins right?" I shook my head and she hummed in confusion.

"Well anyways, would you like to see them?" I nodded eagerly making her laugh before she instructed me to lay down and lift my shirt.

Pulling the machine over, she put on some gloves before beginning. "This is going to feel a bit cold."

I let out a laugh as the cold substance was put on my stomach. Looking towards the screen on the machine, she began to look for the baby - or I mean babies.

"And there they are." I gasped placing my hand over my mouth in awe. Tears began to well up in my eyes as I looked at them.

These are my kids, my babies, our babies.

"Congratulations." Mrs. Sullivan smiled at me as she printed out the photos for me.

Several minutes later, I was now in the parking lot and I still have time before the wedding. I mean it was only 9:50 am, so I'm good I think.
