Missing you

So we been in the house three weeks and out of the three weeks Joe has been home a day and a half total. Press and everything for the album has been insanity. Kay and Tom has pretty much been here everyday with me and Nathan but yet I felt so alone and Isolated since Joe didn't want me to go to any public event without security. I haven't seen Jenny either she been shooting a TV show I don't know I just feel alone it's always just me and the baby. It's great and all to have Kay and Tom during the day but when Nathan is in bed at night the house just feels cold and alone. Joe calls and text as much as he can but sometimes I wonder if this is still what he really wants.

I walked up the stairs Nathan asleep in my arms and laid him in his crib. I just sat looking at him and how over the last few weeks how much he started to look like his father. I sighed and walked out. I decided it might do me good to be able to relax some in the hot tub. I quickly changed and grabbed the baby monitor and headed downstairs. I stopped in the kitchen pouring myself a glass of wine and I stepped out the patio door. I really wished Joey was here I get it that this is his career but doesn't help the lonely feeling. I hit the jets on the tub and slide in grabbing the stereo remote and hit play.

Ella Mai Trip sounds about right maybe I am tripping a bit with him being gone. I sat back when the patio door opens,
"Sweetface"
I shot up,
"Joey"
"Hey baby"
"Your home"
"Yeah we finally have a couple days off."

He leaned over kissing me,
"What you doing"
"Unwinding, you wanna join me?"
"You in the bikini how do I say no, not me im going to change and I'll be right out."

Joe never said he was coming home but I'm glad he did, I've missed him the baby missed him. I always knew our relationship wasn't gonna be easy but it's that much harder now that we have Nathan. I was deep in thought when Joe walked out the patio door and slipped into the hot tub next to me.
"See...SeeSee"
"Huh"
"Where did you go?"
"Sorry thinking"
"About"
"It's nothing"
"It's obviously not please talk to me."
"Fine, I knew when we got together our relationship wasn't going to be easy but it's just so much harder than I thought it be now that we have a baby."
"See I know this isn't a normal situation baby but you know I work this way because of you and him. I want to give you and him the world, give him every opportunity I can."
"I know but we need you and your always gone."
"You knew this was part of this."
"I know that but I'm having such a hard time doing this Joe"
"What are you says"
"I really don't know what I'm trying to say, all I know is we are going to have to figure something out because I can't keep doing it this way."
"Your not saying what I think your saying are you Sierra?"
"And that is?"
"Your not suggesting us breaking up are you?"

I watched his face fall as I spoke, that really wasn't what I was suggesting but we need to figure out something because Nathan needs him, I need him.

"No Joey that's not what I'm says. I'm saying we're a family now and we have to figure it out on how we can be together because Nathan needs his father around and not one or two days every however many weeks between. I want my fiancé my best friend I'm sick of not seeing you or being with you, I..I miss you Joey."
"SeeSee baby I miss you too, we'll figure it out"
"Promise"
"Have I ever broke a promise to you?"
"Never!"
"Come with me"
"Where we going?"
"I got something to show you."

Joe climbed out the hot tub and helped me out before we walked through the house to the living room were he had put his bags when he walked in. He rifled through his bag for a moment before pulling out a envelope and he walked back over to me,
"Here"
"What is it?"
"Open it and see"

I tore open the envelope and began the read,

I sat staring at that paper for a minute not really knowing if that really just happened. I looked up to see Joe looking at me,

"Well"
"Joey you didn't"
"I did"
"But how why? I don't want a job handed to me just because I'm engaged to you."
"Jared didn't offer you the Job because of me, he offered it to you because your amazing at what you do. I just get the perks of having you and Nate with me on tour."
"I don't know what to say"
"Just tell me your gonna accept Jared's offer so I can drag you upstairs and I can show you how happy it makes me.
"Joey I don't know, that can't be good at all that for the baby."
"Listen Jenny is coming with Evan, D going to have Elijah. It will be great. Nathan will have 5 of his uncles and Auntie Jenny."
"Joey..."

He looked at me eyes almost pleading and how was I supposed to say no.

"I'll accept the offer"
"Your really going too"
"Yeah I how can I say no, we'll be together and back to essentially how we met."
"That's true we met at a show, so what do you say soon to be Mrs. McIntyre wanna go upstairs and I can show how happy I am."
"McIntyre I know how happy you are, your hard on made no secret of that."

I let out a giggle and before I knew what happened I was tossed over Joes shoulder and carried upstairs. Nervousness and excitement coursed through my veins. Everytime he does this I know I'm in for a night and with him I never know what he is gonna do.
