So here we were Im officially engaged and a mom this seems so surreal. It was 9 that when The doctor came in with news,

"Hows my favorite couple"

"pretty good"

"well Miss Sierra I have some news for you"

"you blood pressure has dropped to a normal range and stood there, Mr Nathan's tests have all came back perfect and his peditrician and I feel comfortable saying you guys can be discharged in the morning."

"really"

"yes but I would like to have a nurse come out to the house to check that blood pressure of your for the next couple of weeks just to make sure there are no issues"

"great, fine, super!"

"Alright the nurse will be in tommorow with discharge instructions some point in the afternoon, I like to just come in and check you once more in the morning."

"thats fine"

"OK well then I'll leave you three to your evening."

I looked up to see the sparkle in Joe's

"we get to go home, you ready for this"

"I guess, I dont know, its just going to be us there is no one there if we need help."

"I know but there is Jenny who is ten minutes away, Ma a phone call and its only a couple weeks and we be home at Ma's in Boston."

"I know well be with your mom and dad in Boston but thats because this whole mess starts again your going in the studio which turns into a album which then turns into months away on tour."

"Baby listen will figure it out"

"figure it out huh"

"I mean you and the baby can always come on the road with me"

"you know how hard that will be"

"not as much as you think, The bed on the bus is a king size so we got more than enough room that I can fuck every which way you can think of and there is room for a crib thingy for the baby"

"crib thingy"

I cocked my eyebrow at him and laughed.

"yeah that thingy that snaps on and can rock or not and has the handle thing"

"Bassinet Joe"

"yeah that thing that cost me $500 and me and Donnie three hours to put together"

"well if I remember correctly Jen and I finished putting it together."

"Whatever you know what I mean"

"sure baby"

"what...."

I couldnt help but to laugh at the look on his face he had the shit I just got busted look and Im not even going to lie it was freakin adorable. We spent the rest of the evening quitely in the room asking the nurses station to not allow visitors in we just wanted our last night her to be just us with no distractions because in 12 hours reality is going to hit us like a ton of bricks and we are going to have to figure out this parenting thing.

The evening and morning passed quickly and here we were discharge papers in hand, Nathan bundled in his carseat and they wheeled her down to discharge. It took me 20 minutes to get his carseat snapped in the car right, I was so nervous I dont know what Im doing I never had a baby let alone try to figure out how this stuff works. I helped See in before I jogged around the car. I slide in and try to put the key in the ignition but my hand wont stop shaking. I didnt think I be this nervous but its real now sitting in this car is my fiancee and my newborn son and they both are relying on me to take care of them and make sure they are alright. I finally got the key in and I slowly pulled out for the long trip home. We were on the road for like 20 minutes when See says,
