Its just a Mistake

I touched down in Jacksonville early afternoon and headed my home I don't think I was ready to leave Joe. I walked in and tossed my keys on the counter and said hello to Bella. I grabbed the mail and rifled through it. Kimmy came over over the weekend and took care of Bella and grabbed my mail. I wanted so much to call Joe but I knew at this point there be no point in even trying. I might hear from him before he heads out before the show but more likely it would be after they come off stage tonight.

It turned out to be a very quite day, I missed Joe I didn't think I would like this but after this weekend I think it cemented that I truly had feelings for him and they weren't just going to go away. It was 10:30 and I was in the office working on some notes for my next editorial but I honestly wasn't even feeling it, I figured a shower is Just what I needed to kind of relax. I had no idea well I was in the shower and getting ready for bed Joe had called
"Sierra the guys and I decided we were going to go to Jet nightclub after the show tonight and blow off some steam. We're heading out in about half a hour so if you get this call me. I miss you so much baby and I hope your flight was good and your home safe. Call me babe!"
I quickly dialed his number but it went to voicemail
"Joey it's me sorry I was in the shower, if your still around call me or call me when you get back. I miss you so much too, kisses".
I tossed my phone next to me aggravatedly. I hate missing his call. For some reason I just felt so lonely and I knew Kimmy was asleep for work and Jenny would be out with the guys. It was 2:30 in the morning when My phone rang and I sleepily answered
"Hello"
"Hello Beautiful"
"Joe it's 2:30 in the morning"
"I'm sorry baby I didn't want you to think I forgot about you"
"Jesus did you just get in"
"Yea we went to Jet and we ended up hanging out with Offset"

I hung up and I rolled back over not thinking to much of it.

It was 1 in the afternoon when my office phone rang
"Hello Sierra Roses office"
"Yes is this my hot blond girlfriend"
"Hey babe"
"What's up"
"Nothing just got up"
"Really don't you media and soundcheck today"
"No media just soundcheck so we will get that done before the show, what you doing today? Miss me?"
"Starting my new editorial had a meeting. Yes I miss you why miss me?"
"Of course I do. You ok after this weekend"
"Yes"

"Just wow and the fact I was your first tells me how you feel even if you don't"

Just then there was a knock on my office door,
"Babe hang on"
I opened the door Pam stood in my doorway she said we had to have a staff meeting immediately.
"Babe gotta let you go Pam just called a meeting"
"Ok babe talk to you tonight bye"
"Bye"
I hung up and headed into the meeting room. The meeting turned out to be the remainder of the day so when we were finished everyone headed out. I decided to head over to the diner and grab some take out to bring home since it was going to be a long night of work since the meeting I couldn't work on my editorial. I ordered and chatted with everyone there since I've been a regular so long I knew everyone who worked there. I stood chatting for about half a hour before heading home. I pulled up and walked in letting Bella out back. I ran into my room changing into sweats and tied my hair into a top knot on my headed and headed back down.

It was 7 when I had the TV on for noise behind me and I was at my desk doing work and having dinner when I heard something that leveled me and shook me to my core
"Entertainment Tonight has a exclusive photo of New Kids on the Block's heartthrob Joey McIntyre seen with a girl last night outside Jet Nightclub. McIntyre and mystery woman looking cozy in eachothers arms. Entertainment Tonight reached out to McIntyres camp but they were unavailable for comment. Stay tuned for more news as becomes available on this breaking story."

I just broke down. I grabbed my phone and called Jenny it went straight to voicemail then I realized she was probably watching the show. I slammed my laptop screen and fell too the couch tears streaming down my face. I thought we had something good, I lost my virginity to him and was so perfect but it was all a lie. Bella jumped up laying her head in my lap as I sat and sobbed on my sofa. It was 11:30 when my phone rang I sniffed and wiped my eyes as I answered
"Hello"
"Hello beautiful... are you crying"
"Who is she Joe"

"The girl you were with last night you know when you were at Jet partying the pretty little blond you had your arms around outside."
"Baby she was just a fan she asked for a picture and a hug that was it. The paparazzi caught a picture of the hug that's it"

"Baby you have to believe me it was just some scum fuck paparazzi trying to make some money on the photo"

"See you have to believe me"
"Fuck you Joe"

I hung up throwing my phone against the wall, I never would have thought he do this to me. I cried myself to sleep that night I was so hurt he do that to me now I know the truth everything he said and did was to just get me to fuck him and now he is off to the next girl. I called Pam and asked if I could work from home for awhile, I didn't want to tell he what actually was going on I just told her I was sick. My door swings open it was 9 that next morning and Kimmy rushes in. I was under the covers in my bed still crying, I couldn't bring myself to turn on the TV my computer anything everywhere was that fucking picture of the news story or both and every time I see it, it feels like the knife that is in my heart gets pushed in deeper and deeper.

Kim threw her hands up and walked out knowing there is no getting through to me when I was like this. For the next two days my phone blew up between Joe calling and texting 50 times a day and Jenny and Donnie, only calls I took was from work. I was in the office working Bella was laying in the kitchen when she began to bark, I walked to my doorway to hear the doorbell ringing non stop. When I opened the door my heart wasn't prepared for it. Joe stood roses in hand
"What do you want"
"Baby please"
"Don't you dare fucking call me baby"
"See please it wasn't what you think she was a fan who asked for a selfie and a hug that's it ask anyone, ask Donnie fuck as Jenny she took the god damn picture."
"And they are your friends they would cover for you"
"Baby please I'm even doing a press conference to clear it up"

"Love me that fucking hysterical you know what I don't want see you, hear you fucking forget I exsist Im done I never wanna hear from you again!"
I slammed the door and slid down it and the tears continued to pour from my eyes as Joe continues to knock and call my name through the door. The next two weeks crept by but the pain I was feeling is still quite fresh. It was Saturday night when my phone was blowing up with Texts like 15 in the passed hour I haven't answered a call or text from her since the argument but something told me read the damn thing
Kimmy: Sierra I know your mad at me but I need you to turn on ETV at 6 it's a emergency!!

I sighed and looked at the clock it's ten to six, I hesitatenly switched on the TV there stood the blond Joe was with and she began to speak
"My name is Mariah Renee lately there has been some confusion on a photo that was taken a few weeks back at Jet Nightclub, I in no way shape or form have a relationship with Joey McIntyre I was coming to the club when he was leaving and I am I huge fan of the band he was gracious enough to take a selfie and give me a hug, that picture being posted everywhere was just the hug we never had any kind of relationship or otherwise."
