Chapter 27-Birthday Calls

~~Harry's POV~~

So, Niall is happy again. His face lights up at the littlest things. He laughs and makes jokes about anything and everything. The guys and I are enjoying being with Niall and Darci. Their perfect. For each other any ways. Darci was asleep again. For the second time today. An hour ago, she had told me that after she left, she could barely get two hours of sleep at night. That's really hard to believe because that's all she did on tour. Niall was wide a wake but he didn't move. He just laid there, with his arm around her. When she'd make little snoring sounds, he'd smile. It was cute. Darci's phone rang and she jumped and fell off the couch.

Darci-Oww.

She grabbed her phone and put it to her ear.

Darci-Hello? Ed?! Omg! How are you? Is tour with Taylor okay? She's not driving you crazy is she?

The guys and I crowded around her. She smiled.

Darci-Hey, Ed. I'm gonna put you on speaker phone. The guys are curious.

She pressed a button and the person started talking out loud.

Darci-Ed, its One Direction. They've been stalking me for three days.*laughs*

Ed-That's not good. Is Harry there?

Me-Yeah?

Ed-Harry! Hey, it's Ed! Ed Sheeran! How was your tour?

Me-It was great. We pretty much got an extra person in the band now.

Ed-Really? Who?

Liam-Darci.

Louie-She's amazing.

Zayn-Better then us.

Darci-Oh be quiet. that's not true.

Ed-I'm not saying anything.

Darci-Ed, is she driving you mad?

Ed-Not as mad as you'd think. But then again, I spend most of my time in my bus or out in town. We barely see each other.

Darci-Oh, yeah. How are the fans? Still amazing?

Ed-Yeah. I should be asking you about your fans, though. You've got quite the fan base your self. I believe they call themselves.......I don't know.

Darci-Thanks for the call Ed. It's been a while.

Ed-Oh, yeah. The reason I called! Happy Birthday!  What is it? 20th?

Darci-*smiles*Yeah.

Ed-Well, I hope these guys make it a good one.

Darci-They always do.

Ed-Bye.

Darci-Bye.

She hung up the phone. She sat it down and it started ringing again. She saw the color ID and she smiled brighter than I'd ever seen her.

Darci-Kacie! I miss you so much!

She pressed the button again. There was another girl on the other line.

Kacie-Darci, I miss you too! I saw you!

Darci-When?

Kacie-When little Niall and his band were in America.

Darci-Were you there?

Kacie-Yes. You have a voice like moms, Darci.

Darci-Thanks, Kacie.

Niall-Hey!

Kacie-Who was that?

Darci-That was Niall!

Kacie-He's there with you?

Darci-They all are!

You could hear beeping in the back ground.

Kacie-Okay, baby sis. I'm really sorry. But I have to go. Happy birthday.

Darci-*smile fades*Okay. I love you, Kacie.

Kacie-I love you too, Darci. Just call me whenever you wanna talk.

They hung up the phone. We went through the same thing for about an hour. People calling, and coming by her house. At about seven PM, Niall and Darci left. The guys and I were suppose to decorate the house for when they got back. And that's what we did.

~~Darci's POV~~

Niall had his hands over my eyes, walking me up a hill. It was going to our spot. I knew that. He couldn't surprise me here at home. When he finally stopped walking he told me to keep my eyes closed. I did. I was tapping my foot to a beat. I didn't know what the beat was, but I liked it. Niall grabbed my hands and pulled me forward.

Niall-Okay. Open your eyes.

Me-Are you sure?

Niall-Yes. Open them.

I smiled and opened my eyes. My mouth fell open. The sun was setting. There was little lights all over the ground, along with flower petals. A table was sitting close to the water but not close enough for us to fall in. I smiled and looked at the ground. Niall sat me down at the table. There was a long candle in the middle of the table.

Niall-Darci, I've known you all my life.

Me-I know, Niall. I was there.

He smiled and so did I.

Niall-I don't know what I would've done if you didn't come back with us.

Me-Yeah. It probably would've been lonely here.

Niall-Same for me. Please don't leave us again, Darci? We're like lost puppies without you.

Me-*smiles*I won't leave. I promise.

Niall-Good.

He looked at the sun, that was setting really low right now. Then he turned back to me.

Niall-I love you. Darci Flynn.

Me-*smiles*I love you, too, Niall Horan.
