"Five.." Mai muttered as the five girls stared at the screen.
"Four.." Luna followed up next.
"Three.." Alex said.
"Two.." (Y/N) bit her lip, the anticipation building.
"ONE!" Raven shouted as the clock hit midnight.
"YES!
POCK RUNK ! IS OUT!!" Alex screeched, punching her fists up in the air.
"Anyway, I'm gonna go to bed now," Alex's excited expression died down quickly as she walked back down the stairs.
"Same," Raven and (Y/N) said in unison splitting up and leaving Mai and Jacci alone.
"..."
"..."
"Wanna watch The Lion King?" Mai offered.
"Sure," Luna shrugged as they walked back downstairs and into the living room.

"Thanks," Alex muttered as she grabbed our drinks, handing me one.
"Thanks," I sighed, taking a sip of my hot chocolate.
"So should I drop you off at—oh my god," Alex cut herself off, looking behind me.
"What?" I asked, about to turn around.
"Hey! Don't turn around—" Alex said in a hushed voice as I looked at her, confused.
"Nah, I'm just messing with you. Let's go home," Alex said, walking towards the exit as I followed behind her.

"I just realized they spelt my name wrong," Alex muttered as she started the car, earning a chuckle from me.
"Well, that— wait, what?"
"L I X E I," Alex read the plastic cup, shrugging and taking a sip of her coffee.
