EPILOGUE: Two Years Later.....

GEMMA

It's been almost a couple of weeks since the big fight. That day, I thought I said goodbye forever to Rhydon. He taught me so much and has given me so much.

Once his pack started to carry him back home, I immediately tried to find anyone I could who could help him. I thought when he closed his eyes, he'd never open them again. Luckily though, I was able to find someone who was able to help me.

It turned out that he didn't die. Instead, he had just blacked out. He lost a lot of blood but because of his wolf, he's alive. Because of his wolf, he's able to raise our child together.

I gave birth nine months later to a beautiful and healthy boy. He has his fathers eyes and my amazing looks of course.

Rhydon ended up proposing to me a couple of months after I gave birth and we both decided that we needed to focus on our newborn baby before deciding to get married.

Well that was until Lorraine and Corwin got involved. They convinced us to get married at least after our son, Dominic turned one years old. So we did and we had a great honeymoon too.

I felt like the luckiest girl in the world. I had a sexy badass husband and an amazing son who I adored and absolutely loved with my whole entire heart. I couldn't ask for more.

Everyday I see just how much I've been blessed and I guess happy endings do exist. Even for us, as the humans call us, 'mythical creatures.'

RHYDON

We have been through so much and that day of the big fight. I thought I was dead. It seems that fate has a weird and fucked up way sometimes to mess with you. Though I don't regret anything.

Gemma and I have been stronger than ever because we have been through so much. I mean, we started off as enemies. She had come to take me down and make a name for herself among her kind. But in the end, we fell in love with each other and she has given me one of the greatest gifts in the world.....a beautiful son and hopefully a few more in the future.

"Baby?" I hear Gemma call out to me while knocking on my office door.

"Come in baby." I call back out to her.

She comes walking in carrying Dominic and I immediately stop what I'm doing as she carries him on her hip.

"Look, let's show daddy." She says before I notice her setting him on his feet while holding his hands.

I kneel down as soon as I see him start walking, well more like wobbling with every step. It's almost as if he's drunk.

But I see him begin walking and when he sees me, he smiles as my heart begins to melt while I hold my arms open as he comes right into my chest.

I then pick him up and give him kisses all over before I pull Gemma into me too and I give her a kiss on the lips.

"I have an amazing family." I smile at her. "I love you."

"I love you too." She smiles at me and for one of the many moments to come, we stand there in each others arms.

Nobody knows what the future holds and I've heard many say that's what makes life the biggest adventure and to be honest, I agree. Besides, don't need to know everything.

Sorry for the short Epilogue but, again in the book versions for my stories, they will be fuller and much longer. :) I hoped you all liked this story and plan to give you all a sneek peek to a few stories that I will be writing after I finish my other ones. :):);) I will post them on my message board when the sneek peeks are up.
