Amelias POV

I stopped at the police station and me and Daniel get out and i lock the door.

"Um hello I've been getting these calls and today i got one and someone was saying they were coming for me" i say to the lady.

"Wait hold on a sec" she says.

"Okay whats the caller ID?" She asks.
"There is no Caller ID" i say.

I was shaking a bit and Daniel noticed so he held my hand.

"We can try to trace the number but we're not too sure" she sighs.

"If it comes again and you receive any sort of threat please report it immediately" she states.

I nod and smile before walking out

"Wasn't he giving you a threat?" Daniel asks.
I shrugged.
"He said im coming for you then later said Matthew is coming" Daniel says unlocking the door.

He was driving this time because we were arguing at home.

"Well for all we know his name is Matthew" i sigh getting in and closing the door.

"Just know nothing will happen to you" he smiles putting his hand on my thigh.

I give him a weak smile and i put my seat belt on.

We close the doors i grab my bag and we head inside.

"CORBYN!" Zach screams.
"Dude you're making a mess!" Jonah yells.

Me and Daniel look at each other.
He locks the door and we head into the kitchen.

I see Zach on the counter with flour on him, Jonah trying to clean up, Corbyn rolling balls of cookie dough, and Jack on his phone.

"Oh hey" Corbyn smiles.
All the boys shoot their heads up and look at me.
"Amelia!" They all saying coming to hug me.
I hugged Jonah and Jack but i dodged Zach.

"Awh give me a hug" he whines.
"When you clean yourself up" i laugh.
He rolls his eyes and runs after me i had my bag on me so i was slow but Zach grabs me and picks me up spinning me.

"Zach" i laugh.
"This is what you get" he says putting me down.

I felt super dizzy so i just kneeled down and i felt someone pick me up again.

"Are you okay?" Daniel chuckles.
"Yeah" i say closing my eyes and opening them again to try to stop the room from spinning.

He sets me down on the couch and sits next to me.

All the boys come and surround me.

"Is she staying here?" Jonah asks.
"Someone's giving her threats and saying that they are coming for her" Daniel says.

"Coming for her? I wouldn't take that as a threat" Zach says.

I didnt understand but Jack starts laughing and i realized what he meant.

"Oh my god no ew" i say.
"Im serious we went to the police and they said they cant trace it since its no caller ID" Daniel says crossing his arms.

"Her parents are gone for two weeks and she will stay with us" Daniel says.
I look at him confused.
"How did you know my parents were gone?" I ask.
"I over heard it" he smiles.

"Alright sleepovers everyday!" Zach says clapping his hands and the rest of the boys cheer.

I laugh and roll my eyes.

"Im just scared that I'll put you guys in danger and that person will target you and its all gonna be my fa-
"Dont worry about it Amelia" Jonah says.
"You're like a sister to us we wont let anything happen to you" Jack smiles.
Corbyn nods his head and puts his arm around  jack.

"Wait arent you guys leaving for tour again?" I ask.

"Yeah but we have a pretty long break" Corbyn says.
"Our familes are coming here in like two days!" Jack smiles.

"Is Gabriela coming?" I ask.
"Yeah and same with Lavender" Jack says.
He had the biggest smile on his face talking about them.
Aw.

"My parents are gonna love you" Daniel whispers.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck, fu-
"ZACH!" We all yell at him.

"Sorry Kayla got to me" he laughs scratching his head.

Jonah shakes his head.

I headed upstairs with Daniel because he wanted to show me my temporay room.

"What will happen when you guys are gone?" I ask.

"What do you mean?" He asks.
"Like what if we dont catch that pers-
"We will. I promise" he smiles putting his hand on my shoulder.

I sigh putting my bag down on the bed and plotting down.

I took off the beanie and i felt really tired.

"Im gonna take a nap" i say.
I felt my eyes get even heavier.
I saw daniels legs and i closed my eyes.

"I can't love you" he whispers before giving me a kiss on my forehead and walking out.

He cant love me.

Why?
