*Bakugou's POV*

Lately, Bakugou's been feeling some things. It was weird for him to really feel anything stronger than his rage towards Deku, and he felt strange. Ever since the security breach happened at UA and he was stuck in that storage closet with Rei, his heart started pounding in his chest and he started sweat profusely around Rei. Initially, he thought he was catching a cold- though rare, he thought this must be one of those rare times.

After what happened at USJ, his feelings for his friend only deepened. He had this overwhelming urge to protect her and this murderous rage against anyone who hurt her. When handy-man revealed Rei's past, he didn't feel betrayed or lied to at all. In fact, he felt complete, whole, as if the missing puzzle piece was just clicked in. Knowing Rei was his childhood friend didn't change his feelings for her one bit; he still felt the same butterflies in his stomach everytime she smiled and his heart still skipped a beat everytime she laughed. His heart hurt so much it almost brought him to tears when Rei got hurt.

Once Rei woke up from in the hospital, he had an overwhelming urge to smile- yes, Bakugou Katsuki smile! It was unbelievable to him as well. He had time to reflect on his feelings towards the girl while she was still asleep. He wasn't some dense dumbass like the others and concluded that he had feelings for her. To him, that was more unbelievable than wanting to smile. Even though it was hard to believe, he knew he couldn't be a fool and deny his feelings for Rei. He also knew he couldn't be a fool and fall too deep, or else it would just hurt him when she didn't return his feelings. That's when Katsuki decided he would keep his feelings to himself until they faded. He doesn't have time for relationships and getting hurt. No, he's too busy training to become the best hero in the world.

*Rei's POV*

The bell rang and we all headed inside together. It felt so nice to be one as a whole class again. I alos kept an eye out for Katsuki but didn't see him yet. We opened the door to the classroom and all us entered. I spotted Katsuki sitting on his desk and looking out the window.

"Katsuki!" I called as I walk over. I hug him and he made a surprised "huh?" before turning to look at me. I watched as his eyes widened and returned my hug. Now it was my turn to be surprised.

"You hugged back!" I exclaimed in surprise. I felt my heart skip a beat, but ignore it.

"Tch, did you expect me to not be happy you're back?" He sassily said.

I giggled, but stopped when I heard a click from behind me. We both turned to face Mina who held her phone in her hand and was staring at the screen. "I got the picture!" She exclaimed nd Uraraka let out an excited "Yes!"

I blush profusely. "H-Hey!" I try to grab her phone, but she hold it high in the air.

"Delete that, you pink fuck!" Katsuki snaps as he gets off his desk and snatches the phone from her hands. He then proceeds to tap on the screen furiously and hands Mina her phone back. She looks at it and snickers before placing her phone back in her bag. Katsuki's phone dings and he takes it out and types something.

"It was just my mom." He says.

"Get into your seats." Aizawa suddenly rises up from behind the podium in his yellow sleeping bag. We all rush into our chairs and sit down.

"As you can all see, Rei is back." He states. Kirishima's hand immediately shoots up into the air. "Yes, Kirishima?"

"Where is Rei staying? Will she continue to attend school normally?" He asks.

"I'll get to that." Aizawa replies as he unzips his sleeping bag and steps out. "Rei is currently under close watch by the police and the pro heroes. Please refrain from engaging into fights with her -*cough* Bakugou- and all spars will be supervised by a teacher."
