Epilogue: One

"Rei! You look so good in your outfit!" Ochako compliments.

"Thanks." I sheepishly reply as I look at my reflection in the mirror.

Today is the day of the Spring festival- well, I guess it's the summer now. The festival was put on hold because of the whole ordeal with the League of villains. But now that that's over, we can enjoy the festival to its fullest.

I put on the hairpiece to my maid costume and roll my left tight over my prosthetic leg.
After Katsuki and I escaped the underground bar, I woke up in the hospital.

Our classmates all had pretty big injuries, but nothing more than a broken bone. There were only three students who were in life threatening condition. Midoriya has broken almost every bone in his body and they were puncturing internal organs. Katsuki has a severe concussion to the point where some of the force transferred to his inner ear and almost made his deaf. It was fortunately something Recovery Girl was able to fix.

I, on the other hand, had lost a leg, parts of my heart had decayed away, and I had lost about 40% of the blood in my body. Recovery Girl was able to fix my heart, and thankfully, there was enough blood to transfuse into me. My leg was the only thing that I wouldn't be able to recover and therefore, was given a prosthetic.

When I asked about what happened with my quirk and the spontaneous moment where I re-healed. The doctors explained that when Tomura initially "stole" my quirk during the sports festival, he only blocked it and made a copy which he then gave to the Nomu before giving it to himself.
The doctors also said that because the block wasn't perfect, it was possible to overcome it with immense power and energy. He also said they found a second quirk in me that was similar to a previous patient of this hospital. They mentioned that a woman had quirk called "Time-play" where she could reverse something or see what would happen in a few moments. It unfortunately had the backlash of bleeding eyes.

The random surge of energy I had enabled me to use both quirks and reverse the decaying of my body, see the holographic images of the future, while using my magnetism. Because my body was so exhausted, it ended up losing control of my magnetism quirk and dispelling the energy into the external environment. This caused the building to collapse itself.
After recovering, my body now has the capacity to hold enough energy to use both quirks, but I have to be careful to to exhaust my body.

"Are you coming?" Ochako asks as she taps on my shoulder. "We're opening soon."

I nod my head. "Can you pass me my shoes?" I gesture towards the black flats a few feet away.
Ochako grabs them and slips them in my feet for me.

"Thanks." I reply.

"No problem!" She cheerily responds while we walk out of the back room. "They opened without us? No fair!" She huffs when we see students are already occupying the tables of our maid cafe.

"Ochako! Please tend to table one." Yaomomo says. "Rei, can you handle table three? It's next to the window."

I nod and straighten out my skirt as I walk towards the window. I blush when I see Katsuki sitting at the table with Kaminari and Kirishima.

"Hey, guys!" Smile at them and take out a notepad and pen. "What would you like?"

"Hmph! I'm not losing!" I stick out my tongue at him.

"Losing?" Kaminari questions.
