Headbands

As I enter the mall, my mouth opens in awe. 'This place is huge!' I smile when I hear a familiar voice.

"Hey, Rei!" I see Ochako in a casual t-shirt and jeans next to Mina in a croptop and jean shorts. The two run up to me.

"Hey guys." I say.

"I'm going to be at the food court." Aizawa mumbles before leaving.

"Where's Yaomomo and Toru?" I ask.

"They left to find a store with fabrics." Ochako replies. "They're working on the maid costumes."

I nod.

"So, where do you want to go first?" Mina asks.

"Uh," I start embarrassedly. "I've never really been to a mall before."

"WHAT?!" They exclaim. "OH MY GOD! WE'RE GOING TO THIS STORE FIRST!" Ochako points to a women's clothing store and the two practically drag me into the shop. 'Oh boy...'

"Thanks, guys." I pick up the bubble tea Mina bought for the three of us. I sipped on my mango slush as I swung the shopping bags in my other hand.

"Wow! This is so good!" I exclaim.

"Wait a minute..." Mina stops in her tracks. I follow her gaze and spot Kaminari, Sero, Kirishima, and Bakugou standing next to a Starbucks. "Did they follow us?"

"What are you guys doing here?" Mina asks as we make our way over.

Kaminari and Sero visibly jump. "A-Ah, hi!" They nervously stutter. "We totally weren't following you guys." Kaminari sputters.

Kirishima rubs the back of his neck. "Sorry, Bakugou and I tried to stop them."

'Wow, Katsuki looks really good in casual clothes.' I remark. He's wearing black jeans and a red sweatshirt with the word "All M" written on it. "What a fanboy." I tease.

"Tch, you got a problem with my clothes?!" He snarls while swinging his shopping bag at me. "Not like you're any better."

"Hey! Ochako bought this and I came here to get clothes in the first place!" I snap.

"Should we meet back up with Yaomomo and Toru?" Ochako asks as she sips her strawberry slush.

"I guess we should meet up with Midoriya, Todoroki, and Mineta, too." Kirishima says.

"EXCUSE ME?!" Mina shouts. "Did you say Mineta?!"

"We tried to stop him!" Kirishima stammers. "That's why Todoroki and Midoriya are with him."

"Oh well, I would say, 'the more the merrier', but Mineta? Really?" Mina huffs as she picks up her phone. She talks to someone before saying, "The rest of them are in front of some hat store. They noticed Mineta, Todoroki, and Midoriya."

"Let's go." Ochako states.

We all walk together and I can't help but notice how quiet Katsuki's been. I poke his cheek, but he doesn't even look at me. I continue to poke his cheek and I could see him becoming more agitated. "Stop!" He grabs my hand. I jump a bit in surprise.

"What's wrong?" I ask as I puff out my cheeks frustratedly.

He looks away. "Nothing, magnet-face."

I frown and keep walking. "I see them!" I point to Yaomomo, Toru, Midoriya, Mineta, and Shoto. We pick up our pace and wave to them.

"Look what I got!" Midoriya excitedly shows me his headband with All Might's hair-things sticking out.

"Ooh!" I then walk into the store, everyone also starts to look around more.

Katsuki and I make our way to the back of the store and I find a headband with a pink Minnie-mouse bow. I turn around and slip it on top of Katsuki's head.
I giggle. "Aww." I say and bring him to a mirror.

His face was pinker than the headband. He surprisingly doesn't take it off and instead, finds a Mickey-mouse headband, putting it on my head. I blush as we stand in front of the mirror together. "Wait." I sat as I take out my phone m. I take a picture of us and set it as my lock screen.

"Get married already!" I hear Ochako shout from behind a rack.

I blush violently and so does Katuski. "Ochako!" I exclaim, flustered. Suddenly, my phone rings.

"Hello?" It was Aizawa. I sigh as I hang up. "I have to go now." I say. "I'll go tell the others-"

"Wait!" He unexpectedly exclaims. He clear his throat and thrusts his shopping bag into my hands. "Here."

"Wha-"

"Take it!" He insists. I take it from his hands.

"Thanks, Katsuki." My face felt incredibly hot and my heart was pounding in my chest.

"You're welcome, magnet-face." He mutters.

After bidding the others farewell, I made my way to the food court and left with Aizawa. I keep glancing down at the bag from Katsuki. 'I wonder what it is?' I think as we make our way back home.

I place all of my bags in my room and leave to put my toiletries in my attached bathroom. I come back and start to put my clothes into the wardrobe and closet. I frown when Ipick up he expensive dress Ochako and Mina bought me. It was a red cocktail dress with the knee-length skirt flaring outwards. It was sleeveless and had a large, black bow around the waist. They insisted it was gift even though I refused to let them buy it for me, and said that it might come in handy one day.

I hang the dress up in my closet and now, only one bag remains. It's the one Katsuki gave to me. I open the bag and pull out a hoodie. It was black and had the word "BOOM!" written in white across the front in a red, cartoony exclamation bubble.
'This is so Katsuki's.' I grin and try it on. It was a bit big, but it just made it more comfortable than it already it. I put in the hood and pull the drawstrings so that the hood is squishing my face. I take a picture and send it to Katsuki saying thanks. I put away the empty shopping bags and flip on my bed. I snuggle into the hoodie with a smile on my face. Unknowingly, I doze off into a peaceful sleep.
