'Where could they have gone?'I think as I walk around the stadium. 'I hope they didn't get into a fight.' I sweatdrop at the thought. I decide to go to the waiting rooms to see if they're there.
"Shoto? Katsuki? Midoriya?" I call as I walk through the mostly empty hallways. I reach the waiting room and open the door.
"Babe!" I furrow my brows at the voice and spot Katsuki sitting in a chair at the table.
"Katsuki? B-Babe?!" I blush profusely at the nickname as he stands up and walks over to me.
"What? I think it's cute!" He replies with a smirk.
My eyes widen in shock and my face reddens even more. "Did you get hit by a quirk for something?"
He shakes his head at me. "Nope."
'What the-? There's definitely something wrong.' I think to myself. 'I'll just go along with it for now.' "Hey, have you seen Shoto or Midoriya, babe?"
"No, why are you looking for stupid Icy-hot and Deku?" His smirk drops and turns into an angry expression. 'Maybe this is actually Katsuki....wait, was he flirting with me then?!' I blush.
"Hello?" He waves his hand in front of my face and I snap out of my unlikely thoughts.
"Sorry." I reply.
"Why look for them when I'm right here?" He smirks and I back up a bit. My back hits the wall.
"You're not Katsuki." I huff.
"Yes, I am." He replies.
"If you're the real Katsuki, what's my nickname?" I raise an eyebrow.
"It's magnet-face." He responds quickly. "See, I told you I'm Katsuki! You're stupid, how could I not be Katsuki?" He scoffs.
I frown, still not convinced. "Oh really? Who gave me this necklace?" I point to the gold, magnet-shaped pendant necklace around my neck.
"I did." He responds.
'Oh...one more question.' I think. "How did we meet?" I ask.
"At school." He says and I smirk.
"For the first time."
He doesn't reply for a moment. "A-At the entrance exams...."
"Hah! I've been childhood friends with Katsuki for a long time. We met at the park when we were three. I almost got punched in the face by him." It's embarrassing, but yes, that's how we first met.
The fake Katsuki doesn't respond and just stares at me.
"Plus, the real Katsuki doesn't love me!" I add with a huff. My chest aches a bit, but I ignore it.I watch as the fake Katsuki's face contorts from confusion to frustration to a straight face. "What do you mean?"
"Katsuki would never say something like 'babe' to me or act like we're a couple." I scoff.
"You don't like each other? But I could smell it!" The fake Katsuki exclaims.
I furrow my brows. "You could smell it?"
They nod. "Unless..." their mouth turns into a smirk.
"What?"
"Nothing~" They purr. "Anyways, come with me."
"Hell no! I don't even know who your are!" I exclaim.
They frown and then smirk. "I told you, I'm Katsuki Bakugou."
I roll my eyes. "We already know you aren't. So, who are you?"
They lean in and put an arm down next to my head against the wall. I could almost feel their breath on me as they talk. "Aw, don't be like that, babe."
My heart pounds in my chest as blush spreads across my face. I put a hand to his chest and push him away weakly. I was too flustered to think clearly.
"See, I can smell it." They smirk. "You love him."
My eyes widen and I the butterflies in my stomach go rampant."I am him right now, and I can make you feel good~" they say.
That was enough to snap me out of my daze and panic. I quickly repel them away with my quirk and make a run for it. I make my way through the halls and out of the stadium. 'I have to find Katsuki, the real Katsuki.' I think as I run along the outskirts of the stadium. I find a hallway connecting the exits to the stadium and run through. I suddenly bump into a hard chest. I look up and am met with crimson eyes.
"Ka-unmf!" He slaps a hand across my mouth and peers down an exit.
"My mother poured boiling water on my face saying my left side was unsightly." It was Shoto's voice! 'Who's he talking to?' I think as I try to listen in. 'Wait no, I shouldn't be eavesdropping like this.' I close my eyes shut. The smell of caramel and burnt sugar fills my nose as Katsuki hasn't removed his hand from my mouth yet.
"I can make you feel good~" I remember what the fake Katsuki suggested. 'No! No dirty thoughts, Rei!' I scold myself. I shake my head as if to shake away the thoughts and come back to my senses.
I hear the footsteps leaving the area and peer around the corner. I spot Shoto and Midoriya walking away."Katsuki, what was that?" I ask.
"I should be asking you that. You looked like you've seen a ghost when you were running over here." He states.
"I was looking for you and I saw you in the waiting room, but it wasn't you! They looked exactly like you, but I could tell they weren't you. So then I ran here looking for the real you and bumped into you. Damn that was a lot of 'you's." I huff.
"How do you know I'm the real Katsuki?" He asks.
My eyes widen for a moment before I roll them. "Stop joking around! You're obviously the real Katsuki Bakugou. How could you have made it here before me and you smell like nitroglycerin. The other one didn't smell at all." I reply.
"How did you know it was a fake?" He asks me.
I blush. "U-Um, he was very- uhhhh flirty..." I say. "Plus, he was acting like we were a couple and I know you don't like me like that sooo...." I trail off.
He blushes and looks at the ground. "Magnet-face, what if I sa-"
The loud sound of the bell ringing cuts him off. "I didn't even eat!" I groan as my stomach rumbles.
"Let's go back." He mutters.
"What were you going to say, by the way?" I ask as we make our way back to the stadium.
"Nothing, dumbass." He mumbles.
I cock an eyebrow at him. "Okay..." 'Damn, what he actually going to say?'
