A/N: I barely change the POV but when I do, I only note it on one chapter. So it could be in a persons POV for three chapters in a row, but only the first of those three chapters says it. The POV is the same as the chapter before until I say it's changed.
*Alex POV*
She agreed to go out with me!
I excitedly hopped over to my Johns locker, before realizing he wasn't there anymore.
Hm, he must have already went to class. I'll just tell him later.
I was about to turn around and go to my first class of the day, when my eyes landed on a crumpled yellow paper, which sat on the ground in front of John's locker.
I slowly bent down and picked it up.
I love the way your beautiful brown eyes sparkle. I love the way you keep your hair in a messy bun, not caring how it looks. I love how when you blush, you desperately try to cover it with your hands. I love how you don't care what other people think of you. I love how you speak your mind. I love everything about you.
Would you like to go on a date?
I looked around, wondering who the note was for. It was beautifully written, like somebody wrote from their heart. There was no one around, so I guess the person who got it must have left it here. I felt slightly angry at how ungrateful this person was.
I would love for somebody to write this to me.
I shook my head. Snap out of it, Alex.
I looked back at the paper and examined it. Part of the writing was smudged, by a drop of liquid. The handwriting was vaguely familiar, but despite that I still couldn't figure out who wrote it, or who it was for. It wasn't signed.
I sighed, and tucked the note into my book. Maybe I can find who it belongs to.
I started walking towards class, where I saw Herc and Laf, running around frantically.
"What's wrong, guys?" I asked, concerned.
"Have you seen John?" Herc asked.
"No, I just assumed he went to class."
"Shit." Hercules muttered under his breath, before the both of them continued running.
Huh. Weird.
