"So now are you gonna tell me what happened between you and that Mark guy? Now that I've actually seen him I feel like I can picture it 100%"
"Why do you wanna know so bad?"
"The easy thing for me to say would be because I'm your friend and seeing you hurt like that a few days ago over him makes me proctective of you. I don't ever want to see you like that again."
                              "And the truth?"
"Are you sure you wanna hear it?"
                              "Lay it on me."
                              "Might be a little harsh."
"Hmmmm...I think I can handle it."
"I want to hear how you made the biggest mistake of your life choosing him when you should've chose me and in the end you got your heart broken and you know damn well that I would've never done that to you, because I'm not scared to love you and I never have been."
Molly stayed quiet for a few seconds silenced by the power and honesty behind his words. They made her embarrassed and feel guilty because all the things he said were true. Everyday since then she has been thinking why did she choose Mark when Drew was the practical choice, everything about him was right. He was everything Mark wasn't.
"Molly I'm sorry I didn't mean to. I told you--"
She cut him off "No, don't apologize you're right. I'm sorry about everything. So I'll tell you everything." she said then proceeded to tell him everything
When she was finished telling him the story Drew remained quiet for what felt like the longest moment of her life. Drew was trying to process all the things she just said but it was all so much at one time that he wasn't sure he could.
"Hey I told you it was a lot. I'll let you process it over night." she said forcing a smiling with a shrug then she got up and left to go to bed.
Once she left the room Drew got comfortable in his bed and turned on the tv but couldn't actually focus on what was actually playing on the screen. He couldn't comprehend how anyone could do that to her. No he felt insanely guilty for all the things he said to her before.

"Mark's Point of View"
As Mark drove to the party with Avery sitting next to him in the passenger seat he couldn't help but think about Molly, which made it almost impossible for him to focus in whatever Avery had been saying this entire car ride.
When they got to the party he did his best to try and focus but he couldn't. He just kept getting this nagging feeling that he needed to talk to her so he excused himself from the party to Avery's dismay but she just took a swig of her beer and went right back to dancing as she waited for him.
He put down his cup and went outside and started to dial her number but then ended the call he chickened out but ten he tried again only to end it again on the second ring. He was psyching himself out about the new guy and what he meant to her and what if she didn't answer and what if she did answer. He was scared about hearing her voice. Her beautiful voice. Just thinking about hearing her voice made him confident enough to just do it even if she hung up on him.
He dialed her number. With every ring his heart beat harder and pounded against his chest painfully and just when he thought it was going to go to voicemail he heard it click on and her raspy voice answered the phone in a friendly tone almost as if she didn't know who was calling her.
