37. Worn out

Tyler Josh and dix sat at the mansion for a while, tyler was still laying with his head on Josh's lap while dix was watching a spider make a cobweb. Tyler had his eyes closed, breathing deeply as Josh gently played with his hair.

When the sound of car doors shutting could be heard outside again Tyler opened his eyes and tensed. "I cant do it again Josh." Tyler whimpered. "I know" josh whispered, hugging tyler tighter. Dix perked up at the noise and looked over at Tyler and Josh.

"Come here dix." Josh whispered, outreaching his arm. Dix crawled over and sat next to him, letting josh wrap his arm around his shoulders. When the men dressed in lab coats and suits came into the mansion with flashlights Tyler tried to sit up.

He knew he couldnt teleport them somewhere else again but that wasnt stopping him from trying still, he wanted Josh and dix safe, he needed them safe. "Tyler no lay down." Josh said leading back into a laying position.  "Josh." Tyler said shakily on the verge of tears. "were gonna be okay." Josh whispered

Tyler looked up fearfully when the light from the flashlights landed on them. Dix growled his eyes starting to glow. "That one." One of the men in a lab coat said to one in a suit pointing at dix. The suited man took a step forward but this time Tyler growled, his eyes starting to glow too.

"And that one." The man in the lab coat said pointing at Tyler. Tyler vaguely recognized him but he couldnt place a name to the face. Two men in suits approached them stopping when dix growled and snarled.

They glanced at each other before approaching again. Dix got up and growled again. He knew Tyler was hurt and he knew that he needed to protect him and Josh because they've been protecting him. He yelped and whimpered when one of the men whipped out a taser and tased him. He fell to the floor instantly, curled in a ball.

Tyler's eyebrows furrowed in anger his eyes glowing more harshly like they had at the hospital yesterday. He teleported in front of dix and growled. They tried to get him with the taser too but he used his mind to freeze their hand, his eyes glowing brighter.

The men in lab coats looked surprised  but Tyler just looked pissed the fuck off. Josh quickly went over to help dix up, throwing his arm around his shoulder to support him. Dix was whimpering softly as he and Josh stood behind a very angry Tyler.

"You need to come with us." The man in the lab coat said, the one who looked familiar. "No." Tyler replied through clenched teeth. "How'd you find us?" He asked. "Dix." The man replied. Tyler looked back at dix who whimpered again. "You have a tracker on him." Tyler realized.

The man nodded and starting walking over, standing right in from of Tyler. "He belongs to the Hospital and so do you. Time to come home." He said. "No." Tyler replied, backing up a bit, keeping his arms stretched out to protect Josh and dix.

He grabbed Josh's wrist trying to teleport them somewhere safer. Their presence flickered slightly but that was it before Tyler stumbled back a bit. Josh cought him with his free arm and held him up.

Tyler was tired, he was worn out. Worn out from yesterday at the hospital and from teleporting himself Josh and dix to the mansion today. He took a shaky breath, staring at the other men before them.

They smirked and walked over. Tyler's wrist was grabbed. "No." He said weakly trying to pull away as another man tried to grab dix. Dix growled and attacked the man after him but Tyler was pulled out of Josh's hold. "Hey stop it!" Josh yelled trying to get him back but he too was grabbed. "Josh!" Tyler cried softly trying to push away from the suited man.

He struggled agaisnt him as much as he could before a hand set of the back of his head and his face was smashed off the fire place that was near them. His vision blurred as he tried to get his feet under him and he was grabbed again, thrown over the sutied mans shoulder. He room was spinning and he had to shut his eyes to try to get it to stop.

"Tyler!" Josh had yelled, chest filled with panic when he didnt get a response. He looked over at dix who was whimpering as he was held down forcefully to the floor as a pair of handcuffs latched around his wrists.

"Alright let's go." One of the men in lab coats said turning around and heading towards the door. The rest followed, dix being dragged along the floor while josh was shoved and Tyler carried. They were all thrown in the back of a van that had low point hospital written across the side and then they drove off.
