Like josh promised he and Tyler started looking for a new place the next morning as did momma Dun and her husband. They were looking at places close to dr. Dawsons office. Tyler had his bong in hand as he and Josh sat on their bed, josh scrolling through listings on his laptop.

Tyler had his head leaned on Josh's shoulder. He was stoned, content. Dix was asleep at the foot of the bed. Tyler moved to take another hit from his bong before he set it on the nightstand. "Hey look at this one." Josh whispered.

Tyler rested his head back on Josh's shoulder as he showed Tyler pictures from a house a couple blocks away from dr. Dawsons office. "Its really nice... does it have a room for dix?" Tyler asked. Josh nodded.

"Two bedroom two bathroom.." he said. "Can you afford it?" Tyler asked. "Yep perfectly within our range.. look at the backyard its beautiful." Josh said. Tyler nodded in agreement.  "Heat and lights included in the rent?" Tyler asked.

"Uhmmmmm... yep it says tight there everything included... only separate stuff wed have to pay for is wifi and tv." Josh said looking at Tyler. "Its definitely alot nice then that other one we were looking at." Tyler said.

"Want me to call and see if we can go look at it in person?.. is it a place you could see us living?" Josh asked. Tyler smiled. "Definitely... it's perfect." He said looking up at Josh. "It is isnt it?" Josh asked. Tyler nodded and gave Josh a quick kiss. Josh smiled. "Alight I'll give them a call... do you wanna go start breakfast? I'll get six up when I'm done on the phone." He said.

Tyler nodded and gave Josh another kiss before he got up and headed downstairs. He was just finishing up breakfast when Josh and dix came downstairs. "Hey." He said. "Morninn ty." Dix said softly as he sat down at the table. "Morning." Tyler replied.

"After we eat were gonna head over that way to check it out okay?" Josh asked. "Perfect." Tyler replied. The little family of three sat down to eat then got ready to go. The house was just as perfect in person as it was in the pictures. Josh and Tyler made sure dix liked just as much before they made the decision that this was going to be their new home.

They signed the papers and Josh paid the first months rent before they started packing their things and moving it. Momma Dun and the family helped them move and get settled just as they did once Josh's parents found a place not too far away from them.

Once everyone was settled and happy in their new homes Tyler finally felt okay. They've been living here a mo th now and He didnt feel scared. He wasnt worried about low point or war or anything he usually was worried about. He was still getting his migraines though.

He hates them. He woke up with one this morning and whined, wrapping his arms over his head and rolling onto his stomach. Josh glanced at him from where he was getting dressed for work. "You up?" He asked.

Tyler only whined in response. "Migraine?" Josh asked. Tyler nodded, crying softly. Josh sighed as he finished buttoning his shirt. "We dont have any weed left... I'll have to pick some up on the way home from work... think you can wait til then?" He asked.

Tyler sobbed softly and shook his head. Josh sighed again and sat on the edge of the bed, rubbing Tyler's back. "I'll grab you some pain killers to see if they help Okay? I'll be right back." He said. Tyler nodded. Josh got up and headed into the bathroom to the medicine cabinet.

He grabbed some paint killers and brought them to Tyler. Tyler sat up to take them, tears running down his face, one arm still wrapped around his head as he tried to breathe properly. Josh pursed his lips.

"Maybe we should go back to see dr. Dawson to see if he can figure out what's going on... you've had these migraines for the longest time and they just keep getting worse." Josh said. Tyler was shaking slightly as he sniffled.

Another spark of pain shot though his head, from the front of his head straight to the back. His other arm came back up around his head as he leaned forward slightly, crying. Josh rubbed his back again.

"Can we go now?" Tyler choked out through a sob. "Its that bad?" Josh asked worriedly. Tyler nodded, sobbing again. Josh got off the bed and kneeled in front of Tyler. "Look at me." He said, carefully moving Tyler's arms away and looking at Tyler's face. His skin was pale but splotchy red from crying.

Tyler was shaking like a leaf now. He swallowd thickly. "I'm gonna throw up." He said. Josh quickly grabbed the trashcan from beside the bed and handed it to Tyler so he could puke in it instead of on the floor.

He took it and set it aside after and pushing Tyler's hair back. "I'm gonna wake dix and call my boss.. just stay here I'll come get you." Josh said. Tyler nodded, sniffling again as he curled into a ball.

Josh got up and headed to dixs room down the hall. He knocked softly before stepping Inside. "Dix buddy you gotta get up." He said. Dix groggily sat up and looked at Josh. "What's wrong?" He asked, seeing the stress on Josh's face. "We gotta take Tyler to the hospital." Josh replied. "Why?" Dix asked worriedly.

"Hes got a migraine." Josh said. "...why he not use weird bottle thingy?" Dix asked. "We dont have the stuff for it and Tyler's in a lot of pain. We gotta go okay? Get up and get ready." Josh said dix nooded and got up quickly while Josh called his boss.

"Hey man its Josh..  I cant make it in today I gotta rush Tyler to the hospital. I'll make it up on the weekend I promise." He said as he walked back to his and Tyler's room. "No worries josh take all the time you need I hope it's nothing to serious and that hes Alright. Just shoot me a message when you're good to come back I'll cover you." Josh's boss said and Josh was so so thankful he had such an understanding boss.

He thanked him quickly and hung up before gently picking Tyler up and carrying him out to the car. Dix quickly followed behind him and got in the backseat. He was frowning at how much pain tyler sounded like he was in though.

Josh got in the drivers seat and called dr. Dawson as he began driving. He explained to dr. Dawson what the situation was and that they were on the way there right now. Dr. Dawosn had no problem with it and said hed be waiting as he luckily had no other patients at the moment.

When they got there Josh quickly rushed to get Tyler inside and to dr. Dawson. Dr. dawson lead them into a room and shut the door, quickly heading over to Tyler to assess him as josh set him down.

"Alright tyler so you have a migraine?" He asked as he gently grabbed Tyler's face and looked at his eyes, they were glowing. Tyler nodded, still crying softly. "You get them often, I know that any idea what causes them?" He asked.

"Our old doctor thinks it has something to do with when Tyler split his hea down over seas but he never looked into it." Josh said. Dr. dawson nodded.  "Can you show me where you split it open?" He asked. Tyler pointed to a spot on the back of his head and let dr. Dawson look at it.

Dr. Dawson could see the scar from when the trauma was. "Does this hurt?" He asked touching it. "No... only from the migraine.. doesnt hurt to touch it." Tyler said shakily. "Okay." Dr. Dawson said quickly as he started to run a few tests.

Another wave of pain shot through Tyler's skull making him cry harder and hug his head again. "Okay okay were gonna get you some stonger medication, were gonna do some xrays maybe an MRI. I need you to try to relax, take some deep breaths. Were gonna figure this out okay?" Dr. Dawson asked. Tyler nodded.

Dr. Dawson quickly got some medication for Tyler's pain and gave it to him. He got Tyler to lay down and put a damp wet cloth across his forehead, he dimmed the lights and talked quietly. His main focus was getting the pain under control before he continued with his tests.
