Josh entered the mansion later that day accompanied by his little brother, Jordan. They split up, Jordan on the main level and Josh on the second floor. "Tyler?" Josh called out, not receiving a response.
He sighed and continued to look. He was worried. He went to pass a room but stopped and turned to go inside. Tyler was huddled up in the corner, fast asleep. Josh sighed again and carefully headed over.
"Ty?" He whispered, gently shaking the boys shoulder. As always when Tyler was woken he went up in the corner, breathing heavy. "Hey, you're okay." Josh said. Tyler didnt move, staring at josh with fear in his expression.
"Come down please. You're fine I promise. You're safe." Josh said. When Tyler still didnt moved Josh sighed again. "Friend?" He asked. Tyler sniffled as Josh opened his arms.
It took another few seconds before Tyler was teleporting right into Josh's arms, almost knocking him over. "Fren." He whispered. "you're safe." Josh promised in a whispered, holding Tyler tightly.
Tyler whimpered and tried to get closer. "Okay you're okay come on." Josh spoke softly, leading Tyler out of the room and down stairs. "Jordan?" He called out. A second passed before Jordan was jogging into the living room where Josh and Tyler now stood.
"I found him." Josh said. Jordan looked relieved and walked over to them. "Call mom let her know, then we'll head back home." Josh said. "Stay." Tyler whispered. "No you're not staying here." Josh said. "Stay!" Tyler yelled, pushing away.
He didnt want to leave. He wanted to stay here. It was safe here. "Tyler." Josh said. "No." Tyler said before going up in a corner where Josh couldnt reach him. "Tyler come on please?" Josh begged.
Tyler growled. "Dont growl at me." Josh said. Tyler growled again, sounding more angry. "Tyler please." Josh begged. "Stay." Tyler said. Josh sighed. He stayed with Tyler at the house until it grew dark. Jordan had to practically drag Josh back home because he didnt want to leave Tyler by himself.
Once Josh was gone Tyler found himself feeling sad. He wanted Josh. He kept hearing noises in the dark which was just his mind playing tricks on him. He was scared though. He stayed sat in one of the corners, shaking.
He was up all night and once the sun rose he went outside to watch. He liked it a lot cause it was really pretty. He just sat on the front steps of the mansion and watched in awe. His eyes wide and lips parted slightly.
He did this every morning for the next little while, josh visited him everyday but he would never agree to leave again. Every morning he sat there Just watching the sunrise. He was completely infatuated with it.
He tore his eyes away when he heard voices, looking down the street. He saw two police officers out on patrol and stood up. They spotted him. "Isnt that the runaway from low point?" One asked. Tyler slowly walked backwards up the steps, his lungs aching with fear.
"Holt shit.." the other said. The two officers looked st each other before running towards Tyler. Tyler's eyes widened and he quickly disappeared, hiding in the top corner of the livingroom of the mansion. He stalked the officers like prey as they looked around the house for him, getting more and more pissed as time went on.
His eyes were glowing vibrantly and his teeth gritted as he watched them. It didnt take long for him to attack, jumping on one and knocking him to the ground. He hit the policeman a few times before picking him up and throwing him across the room.
He growled and snarled as the other tired to grab him. He flipped him over his shoulder and went to hit him but stopped when he heard his name. He looked up and seen Josh. "Stop. Calm down." Josh said. Tyler growled and looked back to the officer.
